We were there an hour waiting for food. Finally got food was pretty good till I found a hair. The waitress was very nice. But we are over it. And the cast-iron skillets they use for the big country ARE RUSTED! We have come enough times with disappointment this will be our last. Sorry.

Myself and family came for an early lunch/late breakfast around 11 am, ordered two big countries and the corn beef hash and eggs. Waited an entire hour with almost zero service and almost walked out and only paid for our coffee. We found hair in our food and rusted cast iron skillets with both of our big countries. Only got $10 off our bill after the entire ordeal. Would I recommend it for breakfast for laramie, yes. Would I recommend it in general to anyone, Not at all.

Nice place. Hence the stars. The two stars. Theee gals can’t figure out how to ring people up and the other two standing around not helping new customers waiting. Two parties left before I did. Looks like it was going to take a couple hours to just get food. Not very professional. First impressions are important so this one is a big and very big fail. Management needs to take a look at this franchise. You can’t have lots of people at a busy Holiday Inn and such terrible service. Brought me a slice of apple pie to say I ordered something. It came in about seven pieces? Did they drop kick it?

Had dinner on Sunday with my grandchildren. They are half black . They felt the waitress was acting wierd when she saw them. Making them uncomfortable. Food was cold not cooked all the way. We eat at Perkins a couple times a week . No more won’t give money to company that has employees with racial issues.
Waitress was so nice and the food was so so. I really enjoyed the potato pancake.

Ordered potatoes pancakes & my husband ordered egg Benedict. He asked not bacon on it and I asked well done eggs . The order came with bacon and runny eggs & very burnt pancakes . Very disappointed specially after waiting for awhile. Also the fruits were frozen .
