I love Pizza Hut's quality! Their pizza is always excellent—it tastes fantastic, and it’s clear they take the time to make it right. The staff is consistently pleasant and friendly. Be aware that there is always a bit of a wait, but since everything is made to order, a half-hour or so for an entire pizza is perfectly reasonable for a delicious meal.

This location is never busy because of Pizza Huts ingredients have been cost cut to the point that it taste worse than bread with ketchup. We decided to try the dine experience. They only wanted $11 for a medium pizza which is now the size of the original personal pan pizza. Bad food, extremely high cost, and a staff that doesn't have a clue. Yeah, We won't be going back.

Delivery goes through DoorDash, use their app because everytime I get delivery items are missing. Staff was awesome and redelivered. Love Pizza Hut but DoorDash has had missing items 3+ times now… (I have only ordered through Pizza Hut and I’m guessing they only deliver with DoorDash, sadly, not their employees)

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had, service was horrible ordered breadsticks didn't get them, had the salad bar it was not very well stocked,the floors were sticky along with the salt and cheese shakers, there were no prices on the menu, went to pay wanted to split the check and the person at the register through a attitude, turns out 12 chicken wings are 27 dollars OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! I will never step foot in that place again!!!!!! O and the menus were covered in food

Just by way of warning people traveling through this city, beware that their delivery was so very bad. They never showed up and we were stranded there at a motel because our vehicle was being worked on. You would think that after calling back several times and them calling us that they would take a chance and deliver pizza to people in need. I would not recommend this place at all. Order from a better national chain that actually delivers.

Ordered online from this Pizza Hut. My wife received the delivery and did not realize we were missing a pizza. When I got home from work I attempted to call to rectify the situation and kept getting transferred to a call center. Nobody would pick up the phone in the store, and yes, it was open. Astounded by their complete lack of customer service.

We stopped by this Laramie Pizza Hut location for dinner on 5/9/25 @ about 4pm. We were greeted by a friendly employee (later learned he was the manager) who directed us to our table, described our meal options and made sure we were happy with our meal and dining experience. The young man made our time dining very pleasurable and welcoming.
