This place is a joke the few time I have come i have waited 15 to 30 minutes in drive thru the last time it was a 30 minute wait I waited tell the 3 cars in front of me was gone and waited another 5 minutes after that I drove up to the window and the staff was laughing and flipped he off I am guessing it's because I had 3 kids in the car that was not that quiet but was still no reason to be treated like that never going back.

The staff are good. I only come here for a bag of ice but whenever I'm here they always seem short staffed and the atmosphere is depressing. I bet the staff feel the same way about the environment they're working in. They never smile. Maybe some stability in management and an upgrade to the atmosphere would help morale and have a positive ripple effect to the customers as well.

Decided to stop in for a soda only. Drive thru had 3 cars in it and as everyone knows in town they are slow. So I pull into a stall closest to the door and order a soda only to be told to go through the drive thru. Wait 45 min at best for a soda NO THANK YOU!!!! As normal sonic let down why do I keep trying to give them a chance not again!!

Went to get some dirty sodas and the manager was serving us, she was really kind and fast with getting the drinks, from all the other time I went there the food was okay but I think they are really turning things around, I will be going back again after that wonderful experience.
Parking: There were a lot of parking and if you were in a rush there is a drive through

We had been traveling for over 10 hours. We just wanted something to eat. We were tired and hungry. We got to Sonic at 9:30pm. No one would take our order. We left and went down the road to Wendy’s. Much better experience.

I'm just a doordasher, but wow was it bad. Took them well over 30 minutes to just get a burger and a small coke. Biggest waste of my time that I've ever had. Right next the wendys in west laramie.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is hands down the worst sonic. I tried calling the store because they said the card reader was down so I'd need to pay inside. Well the lobby was locked. So I tried calling 7 times no answer. Called again and then answered the phone and said "I'm too busy thanks bye" and hung up on me. I will never return. I will be reporting it to corporate as well.

Was DoorDashing and waited for 10 minutes. When someone came to the door they said me and the other guy who was waiting needed to have the names ready and left before I could double check what the name was. I ran the bell again 5 minutes later to check and got yelled at because I’m trying to work. Then got my order before the other guy who was waiting before me.
The card reader didn't work, the fries and tater tots were too salty to eat.. and they don't know what unsweetened tea means..

My husband and I have lived in this town for 6 years now. From day 1 sonic has been our go to but within the last few years the service was sub-par. About a week ago we showed up and had amazing service with an employee and a few days ago we had the exact experience with the new GM who absolutely made the trip worth it and the food was amazing!
