I’ve had better conversations with self-checkout machines. At least they tell me to “have a nice day” before silently judging my items.

Hailey, on the other hand, managed to elevate the art of ignoring people to an Olympic level. Truly inspiring. Between her refusal to acknowledge my existence and her commitment to zero eye contact, I began to wonder if I had accidentally turned invisible.

I said “thank you.” Nothing. I said “have a good day.” Still nothing. Maybe she’s a mime? Maybe she’s on vocal rest? Maybe customer service isn’t her ministry.

Either way, 0/10 for effort.

DO NOT GO HERE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO AUDIT THEM ASAP! to start i was extremely nice saying please and thank you, i stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes and had to ask how is your morning going so far before i was acknowledged, then both girls were extremely rude to me and i could even here them making fun of me for being a guy order starbucks (it was for my gf) saying how it’s annoying im their. throwing a straw at me and not even having a smile with rude remarks to me. if your not a morning person dont take morning shift, if you can’t have customer service DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I go here often and every time I'm hoping to have a better experience from customer service feels like the young lady taking orders is forced to be there I wonder if employees get trained before starting working at customer service or who ever is there now is just not happy with her job

I went to this Starbucks for one specific drink the summer skies my daughter ordered a peach green tea and I the skies drink the guy says ok but we don't have the boba then the barista came up from behind him like no we can't sell it without the boba so I decided to get another drink after I told him my drink he asked what was the first thing you wanted and turned out he wasn't even putting the order in the machine after that I went to give home my rewards scan thing and he said it won't work because it's not a bar code ya right what a liar I know that you don't need a barcode because I have been to many Starbucks and they don't need it and the scanner was the same anywho then when I got my drink which did not take long to prepare I got the frozen lemonade and it wasn't even frozen just blended then I waited a hole 10 more minutes to get my daughters tea and the new girl was clearly new and the barista was in such a bad mood

This Starbucks is awful. The baristas are always rude, and orders are always made wrong. My frappe was watery and they claimed they added an extra espresso shot to my other drink but I watched them not add one. The barista at the counter was ignoring the line that was forming and wasn’t friendly at all. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. Unless you like overpriced watery coffee.
