We came in on Friday the 6th of Sept. I never caught the man’s name but he was the only one working and he was fabulous, our experience was amazing strictly because of him. He was welcoming and helped us with our order, he recommended items and even let us try something’s to see if we’d like it. Conversation with him was welcoming and fun. We absolutely loved our experience due to this guy, :)

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the new sidekick menu. Not amazing, very mid. Churro is decent when hot, chewy when cold. Footlong cookie is a shadow of its older thinner sisters in sweets. New menu and sandwiches are bangin. Love the crunch topping. Just stick to the tried and true.

My wife and I and my son went to grab food through drive thru I ordered a Blt and she ordered a Philly with doritos she didn't get her chips and they put itialian on my sandwich instead of bacon like asked for she received bacon on hers when she didn't order any terrible quality for 40 $ won't be eating here again. FYI itialian sausage makes me sick.

UPDATE:Thanks to the store manager who made things correct for us. She was very nice and looked at my pictures and offered a refund or to remake the sandwiches. We did do a remake of our food. She was going to look into who made our order so she can be sure the employees are aware and are making thinks correctly.Thanks again for making this right and I adjusted my rating for this store based on the dealing with the store manager who did make things right.Don't order on the app. Have tried a couple times and every time things are messed up. If you watch them make things they are fine, but order and take it home then you don't find out until you get home that they didn't make your food right. Things definitely are made with less care when you don't watch them. I get protein bowls and they have a lot in them where it fills the bowl full. Mine tonight wasn't full like normal and very little lettuce (even my family members sandwiches had more lettuce on them and the one was requested less which was a good amount for him but more than my bowl which should have had regular amount). Both sandwiches were suppose to be the Slams and they were not they were regular amounts (ie. 8pieces of ham on the #99 that's what we get on the regular black forest ham so which one is correct?).Thinking I'm going to go talk to manager tomorrow with my pictures because we weren't going back into town tonight.

We just met the best sandwich artist in the world. Didn’t catch his name, but he has cool black beard and mustache and he was very friendly and professional, going the extra mile to spread the sauce and prepare everything well. He also showed us how they prepare the breads which gave us a whole new appreciation for subway breads! Turns out they’re made in house with a lot of labor and love behind it.

It’d been a day, shoot, it’s been a year and I started thinking maybe I’ve earned a sub or a salad or something. A nice big fat subway salad sounded amazing, I’m not gonna lie. Opened the app to hopefully see some combination that sounded really good. Spotted a buy one get one footlong deal and realized I had an even more difficult decision to make. That’d be which subs should I get, knowing I’ll eat a half tonight and I’d need to choose something else that’d keep well till tomorrow. Went for a steak sub a with veggies oil and vinegar for tonight, and a dry BLT for tomorrow. And a raspberry white chocolate cookie for good measure, because I’m never going to get two whole days worth of food for ten bucks again right lol?! Anyway I get there and literally the nicest subway guy literally ever, said I had a bunch of those cookies left so I threw some more in there for you. I have to say, after my day, it literally made it about a bajillion time’s better!! I’m all for random acts of kindness. Doing good for no reason is how I would like to live each day, even when mine has been a little more difficult. Which I hadn’t today, but his kindness woke me up and I knew I needed to do better.My steak sub was perfection. I would imagine the BLT was equally as good. I ended up giving that to a friend who has also been going through it. Even though I squished it with a box of something I was bringing by tonight. I mean who would say no to someone telling you I’m bringing you a subway BLT in the middle of the night, swished or not?! Literally nobody I know would refuse!! And, she got some cookies too because of the generosity of the nicest subway guy that’s ever worked at the subway on third st in Laramie!! I ate almost the whole steak sub, and usually I don’t make it past half, it was that good. The perfect amount of veggies all equally placed throughout the sandwich. Not too much or too little oil and vinegar.If you read this review, go do something kind for anyone who may or may not need it
