So happy my friend recommended this little gem. I adore that you can use your own mugs and their matcha is delicious. The avocado on the breakfast sandwich was a little rubbery, but I think that's just how avocados have been in general lately. I also really love the community fund and how easy it is to donate.

It's in a building that I think was once used for a high school. I walked in the wrong door and was wandering around a little bit and amazed at the various uses and offices that are in that building. When I found the actual coffee house it was quaint, clean, helpful people and really just a treasure. They have a zero waste policy so if you don't bring your own cup plan on spending a dollar for a 12 oz. I think mason jar. Sent me back a few years and gave me a bit of Joy at the same time. Only thing better than the food was the service. The barista was really good. Can't say more than that. Got a cookie. It was warmed up perfectly and was so stuffed full of chocolate chips that I got a little on my nose. Luckily my son was with me who pointed it out. Otherwise, I might have been walking around all day with a little bit of melted chocolate stuck to my nose. This is one of those places that it's worth going out of your way to go to.
If you go a little bit too far it might catch you off guard because if you miss the sign it's just a big brick building. Wander in. It's kind of fun inside too.

Seemed like a cool vibe when looking online for coffee while traveling through. Clicked on their menu and saw the $8 breakfast burrito which was my deciding factor. Arrived and it was $12.50 but sold out. That happens but the prices listed online should be updated. Get a $4 cold brew and am informed of the zero waste aspect so would be charged $1 for a glass and asked if I could use my coffee thermos, which I could. I loved this but then they still charged me $1 for their mason jar that I didn't even use. After tip, $6 and change for coffee in my own thermos left a bad taste in my mouth but not as bad as the coffee. Cold brew was gritty on the ice and tasted like packs of Sugar in the Raw, which I'm assuming were poured in while filling my container? Not a great initial taste and then an even worse aftertaste. I really wanted to love this experience but there were zero redeeming qualities of my visit. Love the idea but was not a fan of the misleading pricing, service or the coffee. Definitely would not return here.

I’ve been missing their honey rose latte every day since 🥺 I got one to stay and then one to go for my drive… I ended up completely spilling it when pulling out of the parking spot and they were so sweet to remake it for me for free.
GREAT coffee, friendly staff, chill space, and above all... Truly ZERO WASTE!
Bravo Sunshine Coffee! A model for all businesses.
I even purchased a tank-top I was so impressed! And I almost never buy business apparel.
Keep up the great work!!

Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had anywhere. It’s just a little coffee shop inside a Civic Center. Generous seating, friendly people; great place to just chill.

Cute little coffee shop with a nice atmosphere. They sell local stickers, we got bagel breakfast sandwiches which were delicious. We tried the Laramigo latte which has their house made brown sugar syrup in it and it was very good espresso. I highly recommend trying this place for food and coffee!
