yesterday we went to the local internet lounge and it wasn’t comfy or cozy at all, but we are SO glad we checked out Sunshine Coffee today (*we ended up coming here multiple times during our time in Laramie)!! it’s warm, cozy, comfy seating, DOG FRIENDLY (even gave our dog a piece of cheese!), good wifi, their matcha lattes are delightful, as are their day old cookies for $1. laural is the kindest barista! lots of cute merch, too! **only downside: it’s in an old building,...
I visit small local coffee shops all across the country, and I have to say everything from Sunshine Coffee was excellent! We ordered the bagel sandwich, scone, caramel latte, and a matcha latte. Quality and flavors were great! House made syrups for the lattes were awesome as well!
The location was in the repurposed reception office of an old schoolhouse built in 1939. Pretty neat.

The staff is the sweetest group of individuals! The drinks and food are both great, and the atmosphere is welcoming to everyone. Highly recommend.
