Laramie local: Sushi Boat is underrated. I like their take on bibimbop and they have lots of tasty rolls with good quality rice. Owned by a friendly Korean couple who deliver great food and service. Rarely busy and has plenty of space inside.

Unexpected surprise! We love trying different foods and this one was definitely worth driving over the mountain from Cheyenne to give it a try. This offers some of the best Korean food I have ever eaten. Even though some of our party can be a little picky, they loved the different food, especially the lunch boxes.
While the hotel is dingy and does not look appealing, not going in to try the Sushi Boat would be a mistake. They do offer sushi as well, but we had almost exclusively the Korean dishes.
We will definitely be back. Great job, great service, and great food.

Surprisingly better than it looks! Complete with western-style tables, booths, and sushi bar; but also has traditional pillow-seating booths and a separate full bar area. The service was a tad slower, but not unexpected for freshly prepared foods. The food was definitely fresh. Well plated, and tasty. All 5 of us were pleased with the experience. 🙂

Absolutely a sleeper spot in Laramie. Best sushi I've had in town, amazing gyoza, beer, and udon too!!! Don't be put off by the outside of the building either, the atmosphere inside is fantastic and the service is top notch. I get so excited to go to this place every time!!!!! Also very reasonably priced

The owner Kim is extremely nice. When we lived in Laramie we were regulars and she remembered our order every time! It's the true small business treatment, and it's worth going here! Every excuse we can we stop by, even though we live hundreds of miles away now
