The bathroom was really nasty there is no way it was cleaned today or day before was here at 12:30pm I dont how it could have been that bad already.. both toilet paper rolls were empty had a roll sitting on top I had to hover over the toilet to use it. Has things black things and God knows what else on the seat and in front.

I went to this Taco Bell at around 7:30pm. We had placed an online order and paid for it about a hour previously. We went inside to pick it up and were waiting for 5-10 for an employee to come to the front. They then proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t pick up our order inside and that we need to go through the drive through that was at least 10 cars long in order to pick up our food. This seemed wrong considering that you can place orders inside and there were others inside that were waiting on food as well. We spent good money on 6+ people and get treated like this? It makes no sense and I will not be back here again.
Update: After sitting in their Drive Thru for 20 minutes, we finally make it up to the window and have to wait another 5-10 minutes for our food to be ready, even though they knew we were hear over 30 minutes ago. Very unprofessional and didn’t even get an apology about it.

Employee Jeffery Garrett thinks it’s okay to purposely mess up peoples food, and then threaten and insult them when they come in to get it fixed. I was called fat, my boyfriend and myself were threatened, Jeffery was throwing himself on the floor, causing a huge scene. We watched two women have to drag him back to keep him from lunging at us and screaming. Jeffery also seems to think it’s funny when women get sexually assaulted at 15 years old. The two ladies who were mediating the situation were wonderful, they were very nice and I feel terrible that they had to deal with a grown man acting like a toddler. All I wanted was my food to stop getting messed up, as it’s been happening for months, and I get treated like human garbage. I didn’t come in acting aggressively, I was not causing a scene, I politely asked for my corrected food, and asked if there was a way to file a complaint. Nothing happened that warranted the meltdown Jeffery had.

I visited The Laramie Wyoming Taco Bell on November 1, 2025 around lunch time and I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The service is abysmal. It's basically non existent with how little there was for employees. They are extremely slow. I sat inside for 30-40 minutes waiting for my food. Additionally the staff were not very friendly. There were many people, probably about 15-20, that were also experiencing this issue. Lastly the food was not very good. It wasn't like the Taco Bell that I grew up with. Probably go across the street to Taco John's or somewhere that has good customer service because this place ain't it.

Good food. Downsides would be sometimes it seems impossible to get help for staff there when you are up front. Also 7 times out of 10 taco bell is pretty messy with trash on tables and on the floor. I understand they are busy and under staffed like most places so i wont hold to much against them. Overall not bad
The rice was hard, the fiesta crisps were unreasonably stale, and the chicken had clearly been sitting out for many hours. Will not be coming back to this location. Also, this is nit picking at this point...the kitchen in the back was pretty filthy

Ordered delivery, the food is ice cold, and missing the tacos. Called the store and get told I can get a refund through doordash, or drive and get the food. I ordered and paid for delivery because I didn't want to drive. No offer of any kind. Just sorry but you will have to come pick it up. The worst customer service EVER! P.S. I own a restaurant and would NEVER treat a customer in this fashion. Time to hire new and properly train the staff. To make it sound like it was doordash that messed up. DO BETTER. Went and picked up the food they forgot, and big surprise the food is ice cold so I can assume they gave me what was supposed to be delivered after sitting on the counter for a half hour. I will never go back to this establishment as the employees absolutely didn't care about how this was handled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT. What a joke.
