Ordered delivery, the food is ice cold, and missing the tacos. Called the store and get told I can get a refund through doordash, or drive and get the food. I ordered and paid for delivery because I didn't want to drive. No offer of any kind. Just sorry but you will have to come pick it up. The worst customer service EVER! P.S. I own a restaurant and would NEVER treat a customer in this fashion. Time to hire new and properly train the staff. To make it sound like it was doordash that messed up. DO BETTER. Went and picked up the food they forgot, and big surprise the food is ice cold so I can assume they gave me what was supposed to be delivered after sitting on the counter for a half hour. I will never go back to this establishment as the employees absolutely didn't care about how this was handled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT. What a joke.

I think I am going to find another mexican place to eat at. When spending more than $10 on a Cantina Chicken Bowl, a person would think that there should be a halfway decent amount of food in the bowl. Mine barely had enough to cover the bottom. I was very disappointed. From now on, I am going to bypass the app, order in person, and remind them to put normal portions in my bowl. Then, I will scan in the points from the receipt later. They want a person to use the app, but when they short change a person, you have to do what it takes to get what you pay for. Everybody should bypass the app, order in person at the counter, and remind them that you don't want to be short-changed portions.

The staff are always seemingly hating being there, their attitude is always this very “take your shit and leave” kind of tone. This is the second day in a row they’ve just been absolutely standoffish and rude and I didn’t even have a choice the other day because I was picking up a DoorDash. What the hell happened to this store? Why do none of the employees care? Also to the employee that folded my quesadilla in half before putting it in its little package, what was even the point??

Other than some problems with availability of some items and problems with mobile orders, I love the Laramie Taco Bell. They are usually pretty quick and nice. The dining area is always clean.
