I am at DoorDash. I was picking up somebody up so while I figured I was waiting, I would put my own order in and the manager on duty was hollering in the back I overheard him saying that the DoorDash put in an adult order like it was a problem to make the DoorDash food and when I went to deliver to the order to the customer on DoorDash, they did not give me part of their meal. I am very pissed with this store and the manager. I would greatly appreciate if you could do something about it. Sincerely, Thomas.

This evening’s meal was worse than disappointing! The cost of the meal was shocking and when the food was taken out of the bag the portions were appalling. We paid $1.50 for an ounce of pico. The food was cold and portions poor. They have even made the packets of taco sauce even smaller. We wondered why there was a line at Taco Bell and no one was at Taco Johns, now we know and we won’t be returning.

Ordered 6 soft tacos and Mexican donut bites through the drive through. A) I was super disappointed to wait almost 10 minutes while watching people who’d come after us in the lobby happily get their food B) all of our wrappers and even the bag was covered in more icing than the actual donut bites. Needless to say, I understand that some places take longer, it’s understandable, but there was no rush in the lobby or drive thru, I don’t understand the need to make everything dirty when we had waited patiently without commentary. Girl at the window (Navaeh according to my receipt) was super standoffish. Cmon guys, you’re usually better than this. Edit: as we actually opened out food, the tacos were completely soggy and sloppily made, and my Mexican donut bites were literally just five pieces clumped together with barely any icing, are these people new or what’s happening because I’ve never had these issues.

I remember eating here a little over 50 years ago. We stopped in here on Thursday just to reminisce and show my wife what a Taco John's is. Only thing that seems to have changed at this location the space has doubled and they have expanded the menu. Brought back many memories of going here after school in the early 70's and getting some taco burgers.

Out 2 starts for service because I was actually in the drive thru live (inside was closed) behind 2 vehicles for 25 minutes. True! But the workers themselves weren't rude.
Traditional TACO JOHNS, but staff do nothing beyond minimum here. Atmosphere needs cleaning.

The people working there are super friendly and were the best part of eating there. In my opinion the prices are not worth it. Most items on the menu can be modified to make them vegetarian. If you're vegan it might not be worth coming here although its definitely possible to make your food vegan.

I went through drive through and don’t get me wrong I love taco John’s but I think I had mold in my cheese. This is a mistake that can happen to anyone but just to be aware and cautious next time :)!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Rita! Anytime i go through the drive thru and she’s there, she always sounds so cheerful and her customer service skills are wonderful!

The Oles were so salty I couldn't eat them. Asked for sauce twice, talked to the young man at the window about the sauce (green and hot) and they still forgot it. Forgot one of my tacos. Weren't busy at all. Really disappointed because I've never had bad food here....until today. Oh, and I felt nauseous all night. I won't be going again.
