First thing that happens when I pull up to the drive thru order window....i get asked how my day is going. In my 50 years I have never been asked anything like that in a drive thru. The personal caring feel from the employees was a nice experience first thing in the morning! More than one employee spike to me through the window and they were both very nice to speak with. The coffee was absolutely great and a perfect temperature that was not too hot allowed me to start enjoying right away. There were 8 vehicles ahead of me when i first got there. The line moved quick. I was not watching the clock but I bet it was no longer than 2 minutes per vehicle. At no time did I ever think that something was wrong or taking too long. The sign at the beginning of the line explaining how to merge vehicles from both directions made me laugh! I totally get why it's there, but this should be common sense. I have no doubt people in a rush do not use much common sense. Enjoying this establishment will definitely become a more common thing in my life! This place is truly a little gem in the Gem city! Thank you Human Bean!

I dont use facebook so ill say this here for all of google to see. My last review of this place didn't go as planned, I was attacked openly by the owner of this business like many others that it appears to be in the reviews. It's called criticism, most businesses and good business owners find this good to use to build a better relationship with their customers and business. They take it with a grain of salt, then try to find ways to do better by each customer. You and your business could do better, you should do better. However, best of luck and hope you can learn to be more kind and humble to your paying customers.

I'm from Louisiana 1 of the southern states thats home of hospitality. So a friend told me to visit this amazing coffee shop while we were here in town and it was definitely amazing! I visited the other international coffee shop and the customer service was horrible. But the line was super long at The Human Bean and I did almost leave but then a very friendly batista came out to the truck and took my order. But she did more than that because I let her know it was my first time visiting and despite the long line she took the time and asked me what I liked and suggested more than a few options to try on my first visit! Ahe even reminded me when I get to the window ask the other batista for a card to return and get stamped.
1st time trying this place out, and I'm pleasantly surprised.

I was very excited to find a coffee shop that also had boba, but let me say I was a little disappointed. Don't get the boba, if you are a big boba lover, and don't try the boba here and decide you don't like boba. Much like how the coffee drinks tasted more like syrup than coffee, the boba was more like the cheap canned boba than actual boba. I applaud them for trying though.
The atmosphere is cute! The dog bowl outside and the shop as a whole was nice. The drinks are pretty, the service is great. I tried the signature Carmel Granito (may have butchered the spelling) and I just wasn't all that impressed. It was worth a try! It was also a little pricey in my opinion. Two drinks was 16 bucks.

Stopped here in a road trip and we wish we lived nearby and could visit often. Service was beyond excellent. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and helpful. Menu is varied with many great choices.
