Love their drinks.A suggestion for the Manager and Owner of this store would be for them to plow their drive through as often as they can.I have a small car and I almost crashed into the drive through side even tho I was going slow. Due to the high snow and very curvy road my car got stuck and was sliding. Thought I was not going to make it through the drive through!!!!!!!!! IT WAS A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE ???? I’m definitely not coming to this store when it has snowed a lot in town.Reply from comment made:I’m very disappointed in the response given by Manager/Owner. They just gave excuse and did not take accountability.. It's not true I’ve driven past various businesses in the same business day and their drive through were plowed. Never had an issue with Starbucks, etc. Snowplowing can be done by hand by employees not needed to be done by a company. Their drive through is not very big. Definitely disappointing in the carelessness given by the store head. It’s a dangerous matter.

Honestly I love the staff that work here. Always super friendly and helpful! I've never had an issue with the customer service side of things. My one issue is when I order a coffee and specifically ask for just a little cream, they still go way overboard and what I get tastes mostly like heavy cream with a hint of coffee. But the food is good and the energy drinks are really good too!

Only five cars in front of me, took over 30 minutes to get my drink. Was late for an appointment, I’ll just continue to go to Starbucks. In and out in five minutes. I normally have good luck with human beans in other towns. Won’t go back to this location. WAY TO SLOW.
