We were so glad we stopped in and tried this place! Staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The peanut butter banana protein shake was delish! Great options for gluten free! We will definitely be stopping back in when in town. Prices were reasonable!

THE BEST! Being GF + dairy free can be a challenge but not with these delicious shakes, Teas, muffins, and waffles!! You will not regret coming here! Every time family or friends are in Laramie from out of town we take them here and they understand why I love it so much! Love the products but the app needs work. I scan everytime i am there and points have stayed the same and as bronze member supposed to get 7% discount and get nothing. So what’s the point of having points if the points do not change. Am close in getting rid of app.

The owner is so kind and personable. She is passionate about her business and takes a genuine interest in her customers. AND the products are great too! The caffeinated drinks are wonderful. They make me feel so much better than anything from the store or a chain (and taste so much better too).
What an awesome spot! We are road tripping and happened across this place and I am so happy we did. The staff was so lovely and communicative, the muffin bites were delicious, and our shake and tea are so refreshing. I got a watermelon tea and my boyfriend got a blueberry cobbler shake. Wish we were locals so we could come in all the time! The ambiance and vibes were so fun.

Just moved to Laramie from Lincoln, Nebraska. I went to a couple nutrition clubs back at home, and the second I walked into the Lodge, I felt at home. The staff are super friendly and will talk to you about anything. The teas, shakes and snacks are all delicious. 10/10 recommend to anyone. You don’t have to necessarily be on a health journey. If you want a pick me up or want friendly conversation, look no further than the Lodge ???

I found this place because i wanted a relaxed study spot and this is definitely a great place for that! i’ve been to the lodge more times then i can count and it’s always been a great experience! Definitely my favorite way to start my day. Their drinks are by far the best in town!
