Tried ti try it. After almost a minute of standing at the window a girl finally arrived to take out order only to immediately turn around to talk with a co-worker as soon as my child started talking. After repeating the order I tried to place mine only to have the employee turn around to talk to her coworker again. I declined to repeat my order and just left with my child's.
She seems to like it thus the two stars.

You have to play around to find what soda mix you like but when you do, it's amazing. The baked goods are all excellent and the butterbeer is the best soda mix by far.

Absolutely fantastic The staff are awesome and the food and drinks are definitely a must have on a night or day that you’re just not sure what to get I’m certain you’ll find at least one item on the menu to die for. Pro tip the pretzels are out of this world

Melissa and her crew are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! My favorite drink is the root beer with vanilla syrup and French vanilla creamer. Tastes just like a root beer float just without the ice cream. Their pretzel bites are also amazing!! So many options to choose from and the staff is always willing to accommodate. There have been times where I have spilled the drinks in my car and Melissa has refilled them free of charge for me and given me napkins to clean my car.
