Had a mobile order but drive thru was closed due to short staffing and service and food also suffered due to the lack of staff. I understand it's not under they employees ability to be well staffed. They were doing the best they could.
We stopped by this Wendy’s recently and had such a great experience! The cashier was incredibly friendly and upbeat, which made the visit even better. Our order was taken quickly, and the service was impressively fast. Everything came out fresh and exactly how we ordered it. It’s always nice when a quick stop for food ends up being a bright spot in your day—thank you to the team for making that happen!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn't have the bacon for the sandwich and the guy in the grill didn't say nothing to the counter person and then put the wrong cheese on my sandwich I don't know where they get some of these folks but not very impressed with them I came in later and they are only taking cards and I brought cash there is nothing posted that they are only taking cards boy did they drop the ball

Pulled through the drive through to try to order breakfast. Woman came over the intercom saying that the drive through was closed. No posted drive through hours, and drive through was completely open, not blocked off or showed closed. Very inconvenient, so we left.
Avoid at all cost. The manager and the front clerk were both super unfriendly and very rude! They charged us for 3 orders and we asked for 2, then made a huge deal about refunding us the over charge.

If you are traveling you might as well go to a nice Mexican restaurant because you will probably get your food faster there than waiting for a burger here. While waiting for the food, three orders in front of us complained because of wrong food on the bag and sure enough ours was messed up too. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to
