Why???? Fast food places are getting away with this type of nonsense? I paid for M. Guy me less than a small on purpose. Karma. Wait. Watch. God doesn't sleep.

I ordered a Large Fry and was given a medium that was filled up halfway pack with sauce packets I didn’t order. Tried calling 20 times and no one answered.

Bummer #1: most of the time they are out of the food I want.
Bummer #2: the drive through people make me feel bad for existing. I just wanted my mini frosty and they audibly sighed at me.
Bummer #3: this Wendy’s location is more convenient yet I have to drive to the other Laramie location to have a decent Wendy’s experience :(

Yesterday afternoon shift around 5 pm. Poor service as I watched my food sit in the window. Finally, I asked for it as staff kept walking by, including the manager. In a negative and bullying way the he responded "really it's only been 3 1/2 minutes from order." The cash had no customers and could have grabbed it, "it's not his job." The manager needs a customer service course and can see why he would turn customers away. 1 star.
The next day, with a different manager, everything was great, and there were no issues. Keep in mind other options in the area. 4 to 5 star unfortunately 😕 the afternoon manager brought down the review. Customer service is everyone's job, and any good manager knows this.

I’m a truck driver. I’m stuck here because of the weather.. There’s a lot of five people waiting. The manager wasn’t no rush to help any of us.! I hope one of the big bosses sees this reviews and talks to the manager on duty because he’s in no rush to help anybody terrible service

Doesn’t pick up the phone when trying to call the store

This wendys has had some issues over the years so I quit coming to this location. I tried it today and I can honestly say that because of how rude the manager with a "man" bun was and the older lady taking our order was also very short with us minus trying to tell my family about her last 60 years. My family and I won't ever be returning to this location.

Ordered online for drive thru. Drive thru was closed. Went to lobby which is getting cleaned and closed at 4:45p. Nice service by new cashier. Saw Pilot employee go lock a dining room door with gloves on then proceeded back to food service area without washing hands and replacing gloves, gross. Got home and found that my sandwich was missing its burger patty. On average my experience there had been pretty reasonable over the last year, not the first time that drive thru was closed.

Filthier and slower than the other location in town (which is currently closed for renovations).
Several times, I have ordered on the app and driven to this location only to find them closed during hours where Google says they should be open.

Hours are absurd. Pay your staff more and you can actually be open
My fiancé and I just came here this evening, and the experience was pretty rough. I ordered on the app for the first time, and we got there maybe 15 minutes before they closed. We checked in our order after a little fuss, cuz the order couldn’t be found for a minute, then went to the gas station right next door to grab a sweet treat before we picked it up. (Took less than 5 minutes.) When we went back through the gas station to Wendy’s, lights were off, there was a trash can and sign blocking the way, and our food was left on the edge of the counter. We asked a lady who was sweeping the floors if we could get past to get our food and drinks, and she looked at us like we were the BIGGEST pain in her butt before she said “Yes.” After we grabbed our food, and we started to leave, but the lady told us in a pretty rude tone that all doors were locked except for the gas station’s. We had to walk through the barricade of the trash can and huge poster sign CARRYING OUR FOOD AND DRINKS, through the gas station back to our car, and when we got there, my nuggets were COLD. Like ice cold, and there was pretty much no sauce at all. My burger was lukewarm and sloppily made so I had to put it together myself. My fiancé was disappointed because his burgers were similar. He ordered two bacon burgers and I ordered a Jr Bacon burger with fries and honey bbq nuggets. I’m upset. I’d be less upset if my food was well done and warm, because I understand wanting to go home after a long night. But I deserve what I pay for, you know?
