Ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese muffin and 1 bacon egg and cheese muffins and they were inedible! The muffins were cold, rock hard and cheese was not melted. Not worth the $7.61 paid.

Parking: This is a truck stop /travel center with a Wendy's inside. In so far, as trucking is concerned, your parking availability is going to depend on what time you arrive here. I got her about 1:30 in the afternoon and there was a few spots open.

Out most everything 15 minutes to get a sandwich 6 people in there and only 1 making the food. I'll never be back again

Me and my two young boys stopped in for a quick bite to eat Friday night March 7. For being as late as if was and condition of the road is was kinda busy. The young man that was taking orders was politelypolitely telling every customer it was going to be a few minutes because it was being made fresh to order. The gentleman in the back which looked like he was cooking the meat and fried food was bouncing back and forth quicker then my eyes could keep up. I even witnessed a very rude customer saying he has been waiting well over 6 minutes for his order. 6 minutes to me is. It a long time but that's just personal opinion. He grabbed a piece of chicken handed it to the other and he made the full Sandwhich. And handed to the rude customer eith a smile and told him to have a blessed evening. I'm 3 orders away from getting f out order as my youngest son begins to get a little cranky. The gentleman working the cash register proceeded to try and catch his attention to try and make him laugh. At this point the other seeks around the counter so my boys would not noticed as he surprise both of them either a small vanilla frosty. This was by far my art experience in this establishment and I hope these two boys get the recognition they truly deserve for their possitve attitudes during a chaotic situation. I hope to come back again so I can tell them my self and continue to come back more often.

The place is filthy! Dust all over the machines upfront, employees sliding around on greesy floors…. I almost didn’t eat my food after noticing this… I did and was fine… Driveway was closed. But it looked like the only reason was, because they didn’t wanna deal with it being short on staff or didn’t wanna deal with it. I won’t be back. Maybe awhile before I visit Wendy’s again… disappointing they let one of their franchises get this bad!

I came here to order food after driving ten hours on the road and after waiting twenty minutes nobody approached the counter to take anyone's order they were only focusing on doordash they had three employees who was literally the blind leading the blind (3blind men) im guessing why they were all on the shift together seeming as nobody wanted to work the night before Christmas the manager was literally making one burger every 6-8 minutes moving to the counter to play with the bag to assist the guy who was drive thru attendant which the whole hour i was there waiting not one car pulled thru drive thru so why does the manager need to assist him putting a burger and fry in the bag when the line was backed up he should have stayed making burgers I even suggested it because we were all talking like nobody is making burgers the other guy who was dropping product in grease picked up three chicken patties with his bare hands and dropped them in the grease to cook so nasty I definitely said I didn't want him making my food also the sheriff and other ppl they must of knew ordered after me but got there food first and when they finally decided to get my order he tries to give me a burger that had been sitting there the whole while I was waiting i said no sir i want a hot burger for as long as I been waiting I worked and managed fast food for 14 years this was the absolute worse and if someone will be waiting give them everything fresh they need re training along with help if three ppl aren't enough at night and they wasn't busy they just moved so slow which backed all the orders up smh then a guy who works in the area said it's always like this and that is a shame I blame the general manager for poor training and bad behavior if you move fast you get more money on orders you move slow not as much money so many ppl walked away because the line wasn't moving that's money out the door how are you going to beat last year's sales moving so slow DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!
