Went here the other night during the grand re-opening. The place looks amazing, and overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Waited for a cashier to take our order. They were talking with other employees and not recognizing that we've been there for a while. Our fries were stale, and the temperature of the chili was warm, not hot.

Why does this location don't offer $5 biggy bag? Their is dollar more at $6. All Windy's franchises should honor the $5. I guess each business owners can price what they want. Few miles down by the TA travel Windy's stop still offer $5 biggy bag.

Service is great, food is usually fresh, but shrinkflation is real. I paid $23 for a medium combo, small frosty, and saucy nugs. They can't even fill the fries all the way. This is a photo of a medium fry before any were eaten. Please do better and give your customers what they are paying for.
