Coming down from the Wind River after a 5-day hiking trip, we were starving and had all decided to find a pizza joint in nearby Pinedale. Driving down main street. Heading to a place we found on Google, we saw the sign on the front of the building "Great Pizza" and decided to pull over there because we had also seen some reviews. What a great decision! As soon as we pulled over and started walking and I realized this was the same classic local cowboy dive bar that I went to with my sons 4 years earlier where we sampled local micro brews and played pool and mingled with the locals. Now there was a pizza operation in the back. The menu has a great variety and we were intrigued by the number of appetizers. We inquired about the combo platter and I couldn't believe my ears when the operator told me what it came with. For $14 you could not believe the amount of food and variety in the combo platter. It was so delicious, I the fried mushrooms and the chicken wings which were some of the best I've ever had. The taste and texture was totally amazing. So perfectly cooked. We ordered a large ultimate pizza and it was so delicious. The crust was flavorful and chewy. The toppings were numerous and the Canadian bacon and sausage were some of the best I've ever had on a pizza. While eating, I couldn't resist ordering more chicken wings to enjoy some more and take the rest home. After getting home I reheated them in my toaster oven for 2 days, making some incredible snacks. Although I am hundreds of miles away from this place, my mind drifts to how I can make more trips to the area to go there again.
Bar tender Kathy is is by far the rudest woman I have ever encountered in my life.

Had a large Hawaiian pizza. It was delicious! The server/cook was super friendly! It was quiet but not a busy time for the bar. The bar hours are DIFFERENT from the restaurant. The restaurant is only open Monday-Saturday from 5pm-9pm.

Definitely a cowboy bar. Not the most welcoming on either front. The bartender special ordered us a pizza even though the kitchen was closed (as it is on Sundays) and it was in fact bomb AF. The vibes were not there but it probably was the best pizza in town and well worth it. Fairly priced and the bartender was killing it. Pabst on draft. $5 fireball. That's all I got.

lol, atmosphere, ❤️ the bar stools. If your going to whine about the smoking or kiddie restrictions,, go on up to Jackson or S. to Rock Springs,,find a fast food with a play room, and eat your tofu burgers

Either the cook has changed or the recipe has changed. We used to order pizza regularly and it was fresh and large but now it is extremely tough, the flavor is not great and it is much smaller. You could definitely shank a fool with the crust! Frozen pizza from Ridleys it is I guess from now on. Wish the corral would prove me wrong.
