“This is the place to go if you are looking for a dry cap! The meat & veg on the produce side of the store looked amazing too and we really enjoyed the jam & bread we took home. We were sad to only discover it on our last day in town. It is up for sale, I hope they find a buyer who continues the offerings. It's very cool to have access to fresh local meats and veg in a small town.”

“We ate lunch there on a Tuesday and the service was great as well as the food, everything is made there at the restaurant, very fresh and very tasty! Had the meat pizza and the chicken ranch pizza, both were amazing! When you walk in, there is a book shelf full of games you can take to your table, a really cool idea especially with a family!! Atmosphere and service were excellent as well, I will definitely be going again.”

“Food is simple. Had tacos that were not authentic but probably acceptable for this community one night of my stay. Another night I ordered a house salad that was good and a personal size pepperoni pizza that seemed like a pre-made crust and ingredients. Can't complain after a long day working from out of state. Staff was friendly.”

“Great bar! I work here - the noose hanging on the wall is a traditional Wyoming noose - it is not meant racist it stands for the law here in Wyoming that if your caught on a ranch trying to steal cattle or animals the owner has a right to hang ya!”

“We had a blast hanging out at Stockman’s Saloon and Steakhouse for the weekend. The food… oh my gosh, so AMAZINGLY delicious. Their chef can cook. The food is so beautiful! The staff were all very pleasant and fun to be around. The bar tenders made delicious drinks. Looking forward to coming back again!”

“I frequented this bar over 45 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find it has retained its traditional character over the years.

We went there for drinks and to have a look around.

One thing that will never change is that fireplace in the middle of the bar.

The plain log bar stools that were introduced in 1979 are still in the bar and remain completely usable, as was the intent of the purchase.

The drive-through service window is no longer used, of course, but is still in place to offer memories of the good old days .

There is a sign stating that the bartender will inspect all hip irons. The barrel filled with sand that was used for the chamber inspections is no longer in the bar.

Aside from history. this bar is well equipped and ready to serve a wide range of alcoholic beverages.

It’s a true blue bar that any bar going lover will enjoy.”
