I've Roberts has openly said the owner of this business supports her wearing a pelt with tape over her mouth mocking a wolf puppy that her nephew ran over, placed a shock collar on, allowed dogs to tear her apart and then took her to a bar where his underage daughter filmed and also mocked this terrified puppy! Shame on the entire city of Pinedale WY for defending this scum! Also his wife Holly Roberts holds an elected position.Google Cody Roberts and the torture of a wolf puppy! How your business supports this is disgusting!!

Awesome experience with family, we visited Pibedale during our winter break, went to this place, Heart & Soul cafe for brunch, excellent choices, tasty food and amazing service, Frank served us, had a friendly conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip.

I went here almost a year ago, and my wife and I talk about their oatmeal pancakes very often. More than we care to admit. A must-visit when passing through Pinedale or spending time in Pinedale.
Food is mediocre at best. Portions are on the smaller side. Espresso is not fresh.Oh and don’t even think about asking the Karen at the counter any questions about the menu or what sizes their drinks come in. From most of the other reviews, it seems as if you’re not a local you’re treated like a second class citizen. Don’t waste your money. I wish I would have starved instead of stopping here.

Don't ask the Karen at the counter ANY questions about the menu or drink sizes. She will literally just roll her eyes at you and act as if you're the biggest inconvenience on the planet. Espresso is not fresh. Shots are pulled from the machine the day or two before and refrigerated. Breakfast food was okay. But that lady has gotta fix her attitude or just retire already.

The cashiers could be more friendly, except Mary, Mary is awesome. Really wish they stayed open till like 6pm instead of 2pm so Pinedale had more dinner /late afternoon options, especially in the winter months.

As we were passing thru Pinedale we saw a unique looking cafe so we stopped in. The gal at the counter seemed to be having a rough day and yes it was easily noticed on her face. The friendly , nice to visit place turned into we should have moved on. I should have taken the hint when she told the people in front of us (locals) how long a day it had been. It seemed forever to get our food then it had sat a while somewhere as it was cold. Will I stop in again? Maybe. Everyone deserves a second chance but as a first impression I cant recommend.Parking: Easy in and out

Prices exorbitant. Food was mediocre to say the least in portions small ¹. The quality of the food purchased from the supplier was the cheapest and most mediocre quality. You are typically forced to get your own water and that a very small quantity.

This is a GREAT local restaurant on Main Street. In the summer they have an outdoor patio with amazing flower pots. Open for Breakfast and Lunch - Mom and Daughter run the cafe.Give it a try !
