This was a surprise. Unusual it is at the fairground. Outside set up. All very friendly. Food was good. We had chicken and potatoes plus bread, bison brat samples, chips, salad and fruit. Lemon bar was great.

The menu is great, the food incredible but the atmosphere is unforgettable. The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions are more then you’ll expect. Happy to have marked this opportunity off the bucket list.
Friendly staff, beautiful views, and MAHA dishes!!
What an EPIC experience. We will undoubtedly return! We chose Pitchfork Fondue for our wedding reception, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. The setting, the service, the food—it was all incredible. Our guests loved the whole experience, and it felt so authentically Wyoming in the best way possible. The food was fantastic—flavorful, hearty, and cooked to perfection. We were especially excited that they fry everything in tallow now! The team was kind, professional, and on top of everything, making the evening smooth and stress-free for us. If you’re looking for a memorable event with good food and even better atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with Pitchfork Fondue.

Always great food and service. Beautiful views. Highly recommend for fun relaxing time.
You should go 75% for the food and 25% for the atmosphere. Really wonderful atmosphere, tasty food and so so friendly. Not inexpensive though.

I picked this place primarily because it was listed as 'dog friendly' on Bring Fido, but I would gladly eat here again without pups. The food was very good with its limited menu size, with the beef cooked to order and very flavorful. The help-yourself salad, fruit, and homemade chips were all fresh and flavorful, with a variety of sauces to sample. The grilled veggies that came with the main meal were amazing. Both the brownie and the lemon bar desserts were fantastic. It's BYOB, but they also have water, tea, and lemonade available with your meal.
The place is outside under a tent at picnic tables, so it was easy to pick a spot along the outside with our pups, both German Shepherds, to eat so that we wouldn't be in the way. Being outside also allowed us to set up waterbowls and some butcherbones for our pups so that they could calmy and quietly enjoy dinner as well. There was a few cornhole game stations set up, and plenty of running around space which folks with small kids were able to take advantage of and let them run off their steam.
The staff was wonderfully friendly, attentive, and helpful, and more than a little engaging if you wanted to chat. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area, especially if you have kids or pups.

Fun experience, people running it are very nice, the teenage employees are. Very helpful and respectful, but the food was subpar and not worth the high cost. I would be willing to go again, for the experience, but not at the current pricing. The steak was not seasoned or very good, but my husband liked the trout. I have had better salad and fruit at the Golden Corral. The fondue dips were acceptable. They had some fun flavors. My highlight of the evening was the lemon bar. That was actually pretty good, which is unusual for me as I am not a dessert person. The homemade potato chips were tasty too I think if this meal was $25 a person I would return, but $36 plus the expected gratuity is way too much. We spent $100 for two people for a low level cafeteria meal, but had a fun environment with gorgeous scenery in the background.

This is a sweet little place that I've been waiting for! The hospitality is great, the atmosphere is beautiful. The food is delicious. We got the trout and steak and they were both amazing. The lemon bars are to die for! If you are in Pinedale, this is a must! The prices are very reasonable as well.
