Only one of the several employees there was attentive to the guests waiting. He checked up on our order and got us the food that was missing in our order, which was very much appreciated. But we waited for over 20 minutes for food that was obviously very old and stale, and two other employees walked by the register and across the lobby several times and didn’t even acknowledge anyone who was waiting. The one attentive employee was very friendly and he deserves a raise

I pulled in and noticed it looked closed no one one the dinning room or driveup. Drove around to the drive up to order, double whopper large fry, cheesy tots and unsweetened ice tea and had to repeat everything on my order. I drove around to the window, personal hands me 2 medium drinks 🤨. Then they fix that, give my food and drove away and got on the interstate. Fries were cold, meat in hamburger was tasty old, and cheesy tots did not taste good either. Will not stop there again.

Why do they say that the place closes at 12:00 am???? I went to Vitico at 10:30pm and they were already closed. Update schedules with Google Maps!!!!!😒

Man don't go here they have s Signs stating that they are shorthanded and will be closing at 9, which I could see with the problem, but there's 2 of them there 1's moving like a turtle to cook 2 burgers, and the other one is sitting out in the area talking on the cell phone, not gonna wait. 30 minutes so bowed out and went to McDonald's.

Terrible Burger King, it appears as open but it is definitely closed, you order service through Doordhas and it also appears open as on Google Maps, Doordhas accepts the orders, they charge you and send you a driver all the time knowing that it is closed, then they do not want to resolve what you already paid for something that you do not receive. Update that this store no longer provides service. Terrible service

I travel a lot and this is by far the worst burger king I have seen. Sometimes it's open sometimes it's not. They are out of food half the time. And wanting to give it one more shot and sat at the order part of drive through for awhile when there was only 2 cars at pickup window.

This has to be about the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I had to repeat my order four times before I got frustrated and left. The next day I tried to come back and with nobody in the parking lot other than the employees they didn't recognize me at the drive-thru for 5 minutes. Go to the McDonald's across the street and get on with your trip

I've tried eating here like 5 times at this point over the last year, hoping for improved quality, and it's never gotten better. It always takes forever to get your food, and it's always wrong, cold, stale, or all three. The time before today I got a couple royal chrispy chicken wraps and fries. The fries were cold, the chicken was lukewarm and not crispy, had basically no sauce and had no lettuce or tomatoes as advertised. I waited nearly 15 mins for that with no one else in line. Basically everything was inedible.

This time I got Cheesy Tots and a whopper jr I waited another 15 mins for with no one else in line. The burger was lukewarm and dry, cheese barely melted, I asked for no onion and there was onion on it, lettuce was poorly distributed, bun was slightly stale and spongy/chewy in a weird way. Tots were lukewarm but still delicious thank God because it's cheesy tots.

Literally not going to this place for anything but cheesy tots again. Y'all had your chance.

Filthiest Burger King I've ever seen. While staying at the Holiday Inn, I went over for dinner but turned around and walked away. Building and surrounding lot appears very unkept. Trash cans full outside, windows smeared, glass in doors smeared, dirty floor, food all over the preparation area in back which was visible from the counter.
Rawlins City Health Department needs to shut it down.

Stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, finally someone came and took our order with no hi, sorry for the wait, thank you or any politeness.
She took our order but were not told there was no ice for the soda, waited for another 20 minutes and still no food Employees were dismissive and one was out right rude to customers. We asked for our money back so we could get in the road, at least 3 other customers had to ask for their money back. Just traveling through but will never stop here in our future travels.

very fun down and dirty. out of food and ingredients. staff were nice but the mobile order wasn't started until I got there and then it took more than 10 mins. go to McD's instead.

Only female workers were handling all orders. Food was hot and fresh. Restroom needed cleaning but hard to do with only 2 people running the store. Those girls deserve a raise.
