We were staying one night at the motel down the street and wanted to find out where the locals go. This bar and carry out have a limited menu, but the food was excellent. My wine was served in a fluted glass and the beer was cold. The walls were decorated with NASCAR and there were people playing pool. TVs above the bar were tuned into sports.
This seems like a cool place to have a drink with friends. We came one afternoon just for food but found out the kitchen won’t open till 5, and since we don’t drink so we decided to just come back later. And so glad we didThe food menu is really simple and that’s what we wanted that day - ribeye with baked potato and corn. Nice little place to hang out and chill after a long day of driving. The food is really good and the prices aren’t bad either. Pool table is well maintained and the waitress is really a sweetheart.
