“We were travelling and stayed at the attached hotel. We were happy to learn about the Turnbuckle Tavern upon arrival since it meant we didn't have to do any more driving to grab some dinner. My wife had a burger and fries while I had the Philly sandwich and onion rings. Everything was fantastic! Fast, friendly service and high quality food, big portions with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!“

My wife and I come through here at least 4-5x a year on our way to Utah and have to stop and have lunch or dinner, or even take out like tonight. “I wish I could give it a 10 star rating. The staff could not be more attentive. The barman really went out of his way to cook burgers, porkchops, fries, a baked potato, and a grilled ham & cheese for hungry cyclists. We played rounds of pool in the meantime while he cooked our food to order. Guys from Peru put some good music on the jukebox. Best food & drink experience in the state of Wyoming. Will return.“
“Husband and I stopped on our way through heading to Minnesota in a fabulous uhaul. The food was excellent and the owner/waitress was great! I had the pork chops with loaded baked potato with corn on the cob! Husband had the pulled pork dinner with mashed potatoes and the beans. Will definitely stop again if we ever travel through again!
