Cappy's | Restaurant & Bar offers excellent choices from all American, to Italian, and Mexican. The food was delicious, with Huevos Rancheros and the Classic Breakfast mentioned as very good. The green chile sauce had good bit to it. Homemade pies and ice cream sundaes are available for dessert. They even had THE BEST SWEET TEA. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in Wyoming; some say it's average and nothing fancy, but the dining room is often full, showing it’s clearly popular. Service was great, attentive, friendly, and good. Wait time for food was faster than expected. This restaurant is a perfect stop for those passing through from Utah to Colorado. It is a great little find in Rawlins and a really solid place in a small town.
