These places are not good anymore the food has no flavor but the staff was great so up to you if you must eat we had chicken fried steak it was chewy a little cold the portions were a decent size

The chain is meh, but this location is stellar. Get the steak breakfast, you will not be disappointed by either the quality or the price. It is in a truck stop but don't let that fool you, this is a place to stop.

I was reading the reviews while I was waiting on my food and thought oh I should of read these first but tired of truck stop sandwichs and fast food I wanted to sit relax and have a good meal by reading some of the reviews began to think that was going to happen not sure why people are dogging the food the staff and cooks because my experience was great the 2 waitresses that were on duty Kendra and samantha were great smiling faces great attitude very pleasant they both came by often not enough to be annoying but enough to show they take pride in their jobs and service they checked on all the customers didn't matter who the actual server was the food came out hot and was very delicious had the country fried steak breakfast went to the convenience store side. To get a refill and a couple of snacks and everyone over there was smiling and very pleasant. So if you happen to stop in and maybe catch someone on a bad day before you trash them in a review stop and think what they maybe going through everyone of us have bad days please remember that and by the way first time here and will be back next time im this way

We found a new favorite place to stop when passing through! 6 family members all had something different and loved it! Friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
Was completely ignored. Then after 10 minutes was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 0 stars for service. Good luck too anyone who chooses to dine here.

We were in Rawlins Wyoming. Service was quick, attentive and friendly. Angel was a great waiter, and Crystal and Bri were great waitresses. Although Brianna seems to have good days and bad days. We wanted to try the New Hash, but never got to. They do seem to run out of quite a few things. They have great burgers, and one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Food came quickly. It was very clean. Right off the interstate in the TA Travel Center so bathrooms, showers, and laundry in the same building! If you're stopped for gas, or a trucker staying out back, eat here. UPDATE: We have been here twice a day, for 4 days now, due to our motorhome having 2 flat tires in the parking lot, and being allowed to stay until we could get them fixed/replaced. Consistent good service and consistent good food, regardless of time of day. During our stay, we emptied all if our water jugs in the rv. On our last night, Angel was kind enough to fill a couple of them for us, and was happy to do it. We'll definitely be back when in the area, as well as recommended it to others. I hope the staff I mentioned, as well as those I didn't, will be commended for a job well done. Also, I just read more reviews and noticed that there is a Military discount available. We should have asked I guess. It was never offered, and after 21 years in the Army and 8 combat deployments, AND more than 8 meals eaten here, in 5 days, we most definitely would have appreciated it.

Whoever came up with the idea to change food vendors should be beaten. The new menu has terrible deserts, subpar chicken, and dear God, those cheese curds!!! I could have gone my entire life without being violated by that abomination of a cheese curd. Service, as always is amazing! But go back to your previous food vendor!!!!
