Mobile order to pick up at the drive thru... I completely understand businesses are struggling to get and keep help, HOWEVER, hiring a rude and condescending jerk for widow operations is not helping your establishment. This woman so forcefully pushed my order out the widow that the receipt went flying INTO the store after being mad at me for them being out of an item. No; it wasn't wind, there wasn't any to speak of at the time. Btw, I could've been informed of the lack of at the speaker instead of stuck in a line. Apparently, the man in the truck ahead of me wasn't a happy customer either by how he was attempting his escape from said line, but I could be mistaken. So, I got one of my original items and a replacement, both of which seemed to have been made days ago. I used to brag on this McDonald's, saying they always got it right. Obviously, that has changed. Do better. And tell the bitter, older lady to calm down; it's not that serious.

I loved this McD location. Clean, new feel, cool decor. Clean bathroom. Workers were great and looked like they were working hard. Fresh, good food. The indoor Playland looked nice for those with kids. Ketchup dispenser by drinks allowed me to get ketchup to my satisfaction in a little cup rather than having to open those tiny packets with greasy fingers.

Slow, incorrect order. Then I found this little steal of a deal. Oops I mean they stole from me and probably others. It shows a free upgrade to a large meal and then charged me for it!

Food was good. Vet clean restaurant for being so busy off a major highway.
They seemed a little lost. Placed a mobile order 5 minutes before coming in then waited another 12 minutes for it. It would've been longer wait if I hadn't asked where my order was. My bag was sitting empty in their staging area and my order was cleared from their screen. When I asked about it they looked at the labor on my bag and yelled back for my order to be made.

It was the only place actually open for breakfast, staff was very courteous. The food was done quickly as well, which was nice (I'm used to going to some of the slower McDonald's that always have a long line and seem to take forever, so the respite from that was nice). Went inside afterwards to get a drink and it was actually clean as well, also a nice surprise, they even had someone at the register to take my order for the drink.
