I placed an order online for a personal pizza and a salad and was excited to see the was a drive thru for pickup of my order. I was staying at all hotel just around the corner so I waited for my given ready time before leaving. When I arrived I was told "Sorry, it's about halfway done, maybe 5 minutes". The total time quoted from placing the order in the first place was 10 minutes. Whether poor quoting or poor reaction to the order placed, either way I was stuck waiting then pulling around again. The salad was salad, just fine. The pizza was very great and the cheese tasted... Funny? I was disappointed.

I typically don't leave reviews, but... This is the last time I order from them. The last few times (which isn't often) we have ordered, toppings are put into one pile, wrong toppings are used or non-existent. They always blame it on always a new person working. Then maybe better training needs to be done!

First it was late. Second I paid for a large they delivered a medium third it was not hot it wasn't even warm.
The manager did offer to send a fresh made pizza but after spending over 60 minutes waiting for the pizza. So i I said no.
Why?
No exaggeration over AN HOUR FOR THE DELIVERY then 45 minutes sitting in the lobby of the hotel 5 minutes from the resturant ON HOLD TRYING to get someone on the phone I wasnt interested in another.
I hate leaving poor reviews. But this one deserves barely a star and I hope it serves as a warning to others.
Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza hut anywhere. I ordered for pickup thinking it would save some time and money on delivery. It gave me a 15 minute so I showed up at that time. I was told it was going to be 5 to 10 minutes, which is fine. Things happen. 15 minutes later I get my order and it's not the medium pizza I paid for but a personal pan. Now they throw my breadsticks in an oven and I'm forced to wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for the proper SIZE that was clearly on my receipt. I can't belive this business has the audacity to ask for pre tips. I tipped these idiots 20% thinking that I was going to save time coming to get it myself. Thank you so much for making me lose a full night of sleep waiting for a simple order that was clearly made from a deal. Do not recommend, it's not worth all of this.

There were not many people so it was very relaxed and enjoyable. The employees were kind and happy to help. The food came quick and was delicious.

Very very bad service , waited for 20 min and no one came to took our order. However, in same time 2 more white families came and were served. Same happened 2 days back when we were here for dine in , we were not even provided with plates whereas another table was server well.
