Absolutely insane experience. I drive truck over the road and order the exact same sandwich at Subway's all over the country. This is a first for me. I get a footlong with Turkey, Roast Beef, and Coldcut. It's essentially a Subway Club which is Turkey, Roast Beef, and Ham, but I prefer cold cut to ham. The Subway Club here is $12.69 for a footlong. Some locations charge a double meat charge for the Coldcut substitution. I've paid anywhere from $11 to $18 for this sandwich, depending on the people and the location. This location charged me $26 dollars for the same sandwich. TWENTY SIX DOLLARS FOR ONE SANDWICH! Life on the road is getting difficult and expensive, but that is just absolutely insane and highway robbery. Took me a few minutes to gather my bearings on this one. He charged me for a Roast Beef, which is somehow $1 more than a Subway Club (which has 3 meats on it). Then he charged me double meat twice at $5.49 each. I said it's just a Subway Club with sub Coldcut for the ham. He said he wasn't allowed to sub. (They can't sub at a sub way, how ironic). It's still a Subway Club plus Coldcut! Whatever, I made him refund the sandwich, they can eat it for lunch. I went to the restaurant side and got Steak and Shrimp for less than their stupid sandwich. Not stopping at this T/A next time I go to Utah...

4 people in line in front of us. Took 20 minutes to get our food. No sense of urgency from the staff. Bread was stale.

I’ll start with the fact that they were very very busy. One person took my order, I didn’t have to repeat anything. They didn’t have the bread I wanted up front but he quickly went to the back and was able to bring new bread out which was a relief.
Took all my info down with the veggies and as soon as something was out he had it covered with a new one in seconds. Glad they can plan ahead.
For how busy it was I didn’t have to wait long and the food tasted great so I appreciate the organization, clean store, and precessional customer service.

I recently visited this Subway location and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from an employee named Brandon.
His attitude was calm, polite, and very customer-friendly.
The way he talked — with patience and a welcoming tone — made the whole experience feel personal and positive.
He not only prepared the sandwich with care but also made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
People like Brandon truly make a difference.
Subway is lucky to have him!

Slowest subway in the country. No attempt to move slightly fast. Always slow no matter what time of the day I come through.
