I recently visited this Subway location and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from an employee named Brandon.
His attitude was calm, polite, and very customer-friendly. The way he talked — with patience and a welcoming tone — made the whole experience feel personal and positive. He not only prepared the sandwich with care but also made sure I got exactly what I wanted. People like Brandon truly make a difference. Subway is lucky to have him!

Food was not good at all, seems as if maybe the table the hold the items in May have been to high of temp. Rudest person I've come across in a long time and I do believe we were overcharged. Was coming thru on a road trip across country and chose subway over every other option, very disappointed.

If I could give a negative stars review I absolutely would. I used doordash and when the order came it was incorrect, sloppy thrown together, and the facility will not answer their phone. Will not be ordering from Subwsy on Higgly Blvd ever again. The door dasher was nice and the subway on cedar was nice trying to help me resolve this. However I am out the $50 as no one at the order location will answer the phone.

Service was fast and super pleasant (from a delightful woman named Crystal), despite our being an ornery family starting a long drive back home. Bread was fresh (can’t be said of every Subway nowadays), ambiance was fine, but Crystal was perfect.
