We hit Rawlins Subway every time we are driving to Salt Lake. Everyone is very nice and we get a great, quick sandwich to get back on the road. I wish they had iced tea.

I just went in to order food with my service dog. I have a disability and although not required to explain I do have documentation that is supported by the ADA. I walked over and the girl with glasses and dark hair in a ponytail (I was told is the manager) was incredibly rude and told me to have my dog wait outside she very rudely yelled it across the store with a complete attitude it appeared she had friends or family as the only other customers. I then tried to stand at the door to online order and just grab my Sandwich and she said “I need the dog outside NOW!!” I understand it’s a food establishment (where I’m from it’s legal to have a service animal at all times as is in the state of Wyoming) she was so insulting and as I walked out she yelled “go somewhere else!” I didn’t get a chance to explain I have a disability. I will never come here again. This business clearly discriminates and when I called the boy who answered told me there is no contact number for any Human Resources or owner. It’s freezing out and people don’t need to treat others/customers that way especially after driving for as long as I just traveled and being legally disabled. It was discriminatory and honestly just plain trashy. Went across the way to Pizza Hut and had complete respectful communication and was served.. Get better employees who are capable of respecting others and know the public’s rights. Especially if they’re in management. Or ya know a decent human being.

Worst service I've had in a while at Subway. The girl working seemed totally uninterested, didn't even look up to talk to me or ask what I wanted, and barely gave any veggies (when I asked for some more spinach she grabbed seriously 2 or 3 more leaves). The tomatoes and cucumbers looked nasty and destroyed, as if they were frozen, thawed, and smashed.Vegetarian options: Egg as a protein

Employees don't read the receipt on size of drinks so they give out the wrong size when we paid for a bigger size and make people feel rushed to get out of there if they're need to mess with the soda

Tried to bring a bus of high school basketball players here on the evening of 12/08/23. As we pulled off the highway the employees ran to lock the door and turn the lights off, half an hour before you close. As we drove by watching them lock the doors they held up some wonderful hand gestures. You will never get business from our school district again.

Was so disappointed in the food quality. The bread was rubbery, the cucumbers had been frozen, the lettuce brown and the tomatoes were shriveled. The young men serving were very nice.

Ordered a footlong sandwich, which they started, and then I wanted veggies on half. The kids working there said they would have to charge me for 2 x 6" subs. Okay. That is so stupid I'll move on. The sandwich was literally the worst tasting sandwich I think I have ever had. I'm not sure if the meat was a little bad or what, but I will never go there again.

The young man working did a great job today, but Monique has no business working with the public. She got an order wrong, which is fine, but when I asked for it to be fixed she was incredibly rude to me and my daughter. She blamed us for her not hearing the order properly. She then started fixing the order only to throw her hands in the air and give it to the other employee. If you want repeat customers get rid of her

Lettuce, jalapeños and cucumbers that were brown. Worker was rude, yelled at another worker then went to the backroom to vape while a customer waited.
