Ordered food and waited over an hour. Staff wouldn't even be able to tell you if it was snowing outside if it hit them in the face.. worst place to ever go.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive-through. There were 2 cars in front of us. I don't know how long the first car waited they were there before us, and the car in front of me got there. We ordered 4 different types of things and they missed the most expensive item. We didn't catch it till we pulled around to pass everything out. We tried to go in the lobby, it was 6pm but they were closed and at this point there were about 6 cars in line and we felt bad for the other customers walking to the drive-through window to ask about it, given how long we waited. There were 3 employees sitting in the dining area that was closed and they wouldnt answer, So we went to McDonalds and had more food in 2 minutes. We will never go here again. I would recommend another place it feels like the owner can't have much pride with the low rating and slow service. When I got my 5 dollar chilupe, it was smaller than the beef boreto my kids got

Ya nah this place sucks! My girlfriend and I were traveling and don’t live here and needed something to eat so we could be home before it got too dark. When we went inside there was already some people waiting and after we ordered we ended up waiting for a good 30-40 minutes. When the food was done I went to grab it and waited for someone to hand me our drinks but I ended up waiting for another 10 minutes. While I was waiting I could see that there were a couple people in the back, not even doing anything. And I could see one on their phone. While the lobby was trashed and people needing to be helped. You guys please do better. This isn’t okay. I get that it’s fast food but it shouldn’t take 50 minutes to get something to eat. I work at fast food too but this was ridiculous.

We stopped to get take out while traveling and we put our order in. From there we waited 30 minutes and when I finally asked what was taking so long they told me oh we forgot to tell you your order was ready. We took the bag and got on the road and noticed it was short a few items. We didn't have time to go back so just kept on going. The next day we also had a case of food poisoning. So yeah I don't recommend this place.

Great service and food. Also had a spectacular performance from an angry man who swiftly smashed his face into a door. Best moment of my day was seeing that. The manager was very polite and apologetic to everyone in the room about their staff at the moment. Nearly all of them are going through training so the service is a little more slower than usual but very respectful nonetheless. They should be working at a good swift pace in a few months but in the mean time they are learning how to run the place. Very nice people. Hilarious folks who are crazy over tacos(such as the angry man)

Honestly one of the most entertaining taco bell experiences I've ever had. They told us they have a pretty new staff which wasn't a problem. Had a bit of a wait for the food, but honestly, it was worth it. Got to watch a few people absolutely lose their minds, which was so funny. I felt bad for the staff, though. It's taco bell, it's not that deep. One guy was absolutely going off. He was definitely the star of the night. While he was doing his thing, they had locked the doors to the lobby to try to prevent the staff from getting even further behind. Angry man did not see this, and when he finally decided to make his grand exit and storm out, he ended up faceplanting into the door at a very brisk pace. Hard enough to knock his hat off. Anyway, after our good friend the angry man dipped, we decided we should head out. Talked to the manager for a bit, she was super nice. Said that they have a completely new staff and that people be yelling at them all the time. We were actually the group of missionaries that Sheri is complaining about, so sorry about ruining your night, Sheri! We are used to getting yelled at by people so we talked with the manager a bit about it, we know how much a kind person can effect our day so we hoped to do the same for her. Really doesn't make sense why you would yell at someone like that, no need to ruin someone's day over Taco Bell. Or let your own day get ruined over Taco Bell. You chose to be there. Anyway, they are genuinely nice people that work there, said that if we give them some time, they should be back up to yalls Taco Belll standard pretty quick. If not, we'll keep enjoying the taco bell meltdowns. At least the rest of us get a show with our dinner. Live Más!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We got to the Taco Bell and ordered, they told us it would be about 30 minutes so we ordered, went to Starbucks, walked around, we came back after about 40 minutes, we literally waited there for an extra 35 minutes after that (in total 1 hr and 15 minutes), before we decided to go over and check to see if the food was ready because another group came in and was getting their food before us. We went over and the guy literally acted so entitled saying "I thought I already made that", we waited an hour. And he's making excuses and talking to whoever. So we got our refund and left.
The employees were lazy and slow. They didn't even bother trying and it was ridiculous.
0/5 stars. They weren't busy. They had no cars in the drive thru. They were just lazy.

Ordered through the app,
When we pulled up to the drive through we were immediately met with the person saying "it's going to be a 5-10 minute wait then we will be with you" before we even told them we had ordered through the app.
Ridiculous that you're making your drive thru wait 5-10 minutes. If we hadn't ordered through the app, then we would've left.

Poor portions, basically just eating a tortilla, any other town has a better Taco Bell than this one.

We are in our late 50's and looking to leave Illinois once my wife retires and just came back from a two week road trip exploring Northern Nevada and Wyoming as our new home. We hit Nevada first and then Wyoming. While in my 20's - 30's, I was a huge Taco Bell fan when the Bean Buritos were actually full and good but as prices went up and the quality slipped, at least in the ones Illinois, though I stopped going there, I gave our Minooka IL Taco bell a chance a few months ago and orderer my simple favorite comfort food, the bean burrito and they failed yet again. Last time for them. Now heading I-80 east to tour wyoming next for week two we stopped at Rawlings Wyoming around 8:00 pm off I-80 and went to the Taco Bell after fueling up. My wife and I ordered not expecting much and right off the bat I noticed the prices were less than Illinois. I recall a 1.93 for a bean Burito and recall our local Illinois Taco bell is closer to $3. After we received our order and parked, we were shocked and looked at each other after taking our first bite and I said " We must have time traveled when we hit the mist on I-80 after Rock Sprigs or something. My wife said the hard shell tacos were full, crispy and fresh tasting and my two bean buritos, well lets just say I almost had a tear in my eye as It was literally like we really did time tansport. I'm originally from Lockport IL and back in the 70's when I was a kid I remember when my sister got her drivers license and we'd head to the only Taco Bell around us, which was in Romeoville IL on Rt. 53 and never forgot those huge bean buritos and hard shell tacos that were out of this world and cost .30 cents if I'm correct. I understand that today's receipe is different from back then as they don't use lard in their refried beans and they arrive dried now but the ones we had at the Rawilings Taco Bell were the best I've tasted in probably 30 years and not gritty, old and sloppy like the ones I've had in Illinois. Again, the hard shells my wife had were crunchy and fresh tasting as well. We wanted to get Taco Bell in Larime and Cheyenne to see how they compared but with other meals forgot to stop. As far as deciding our new home, Wyoming wins for us. Way to go Rawlings Taco Bell staff and manager. Illinois Taco's Bells should be ashamed of themselves for the no pride garbage they sell and the prices they charge.
