Food was good / what I expected.The building was average.Slow service.They need to work on customer service.The employees where way below average, bad service, borderline rude, they where trying to make taco's, but it looked like they were prioritizing drive-thru over dine in. I went to ask them for something that was not on their menu, like a cup for water, and you'd wait several minutes and then they'd say we'll be right with you, they wait several more minutes, and then made someone tell you to order off the screen, which the item size trying to get they did not have on a screen.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. The lady working at the front desk was rude and wasn't helpful! When I went up to grab my food they forgot a part of my meal the worker then grabs what he forgot and threw it in the bad spilling it everywhere! This is unacceptable and I will not be give them my service ever again!! Also other people had come days before and the same thing occurred! This is a fast food restaurant customer service should be the main priority! As I am writing they switched front desk worker and he is way better and deserves a raise!!!

I just want to give a shout out to the employees for their courteous, speedy service. Also professional appearance. One young lady was flying around with incredible efficiency. It was refreshing to see. We travel thru here a couple times a year and we'll keep you in mind.
Employee occupied bathroom stall for 30 minutes and food preparation was very slow. Nice dining area.

Service was acceptable, but one supreme taco wasn't even 1/4 filled, second taco was okay, and crunchwrap supreme was cold and not at all crisp. Pretty sure that had been sitting there, not under a hot lamp before I ordered it. Order was quick.

I walk in and the workers are complaining to one another about messing up an order and then a customer comes in and apparently his order was messed up too and right before I'm about to order another customer says that his order was wrong as well I mentioned that that's really inconvenient I hope you guys get mine right they assured me that I would not only did I not get my food apparently it was two different orders from two other vehicles behind me as well all mixed into my bag and not but three of my tacos were in the bag I'm using speech to text I hope any of that even made sense the workers at the Taco Bell in Rawlins need to quit their day job and go find something else to do because they obviously don't know how to put food into a bag match it up with a receipt that is all come again
