I’m from here. I’ve traveled to quite a few places for work, so that meant I ate out every night. And only a few fancy/expensive restaurants could match Red Willow. After there menu change, the food is more fresh and not like processed food. It’s delicious. This food is up there with the best around Wyoming. The only downside is that it’s expensive and not that much quantity. But the quality is there for sure! I’m a frequent costumer, and satisfied every time!
I was staying at the Wind River Hotel and Casino and had dinner at the Red Willow on a Thursday evening. The prices are rather high and no alcoholic beverages are served at the restaurant or allowed at the hotel and casino. I ordered the ribeye chicken fried steak which was suppose to be an eight ounce ribeye breaded and fried with gravy like we have in the south. My salad, fry bread and baked potato were all very good. The chicken fried steak was over cooked but tasty nonetheless...read full review

Food is better than expected, atmosphere feels a lot like a fast fold chain but the service was EXCELLENT. Our waitress was having a difficult time walking yet she had the most excellent attitude and was extremely kind, friendly and attentive. LOVED the tiramisu.
