Spud Man Riverton is a one of a kind place to eat with a very cool mascot. The food is amazing with large portions of huge potatoes. The brisket spud has tender and flavorful brisket, and the potato is perfectly cooked. There is a large range of loaded spuds or create your own, with deals and a saladbar available. Options like the Tex Mex potato, buffalo chicken potato, Cattleman, and bbq brisket are excellent. The quality is great, and the shop and seating area is very clean. Restrooms were clean. The team warmly welcomes guests and the staff are friendly. However, some employees barely spoke loud enough to hear and were busy having a conversation, making service slow during lunchtime. A must when in Riverton.
