Enjoyed my dinner at Eve’s. The restaurant I located on a golf course but is a separate business that clearly focuses on quality food. We tried several appetizers including the house plate, peaches, smoked salmon, and shrimp and scallop cakes. All were good but my favorite was the shrimp and scallop plate. Had a ribeye for my entree and was impressed. The cut was good quality and what really impressed me was the seasoning. It was a lightly black peppered rub which gave a delicious crust over your cooked to order steak. The manage the steak done was with a thermometer and my steak was properly cooked to my order - Med Rare. Service was excellent and server was personable and friendly. I would be happy to eat here again.

After driving 10 hours during our trip to Yellowstone, we spent a night in Rock Springs which happened to be our anniversary. We decided to try Eve’s based on the positive reviews and am I glad we did!! Fortunately it was quiet that night and we were able to get right in. I was very happy to see mocktail options on the menu and sampled a few which were very good. The mezze was delicious and we decided to share the ribeye. It was wonderful that they accommodated that and split the order into 2 plates. We both took our first bite of the steak and went silent. It was the best steak we’d ever had in our lives. I cannot over state how good that meal was. The service was amazing and the view of the golf course was lovely. What an unexpectedly wonderful anniversary dinner! It’s too bad we’re 4 states away but if we’re ever anywhere near there, we’d go out of our way to return.

If you want the country club dining experience with high class, high quality food and drinks without the membership? This is the place. The food is always fresh, fantastical, and flavorful. The drinks are always prepared in the correct way and served the way they're supposed to be depending on the Glass, ice, or drink they are. Eve's periodically has special meal course nights where they have a set menu paired with drinks from the appetizer all the way to dessert. The prices for the food really aren't that bad at all, but you could expect to spend 100 dollars, rightfully so. The price range of the typical menu has something from around 20 dollars and up. The servers are very prompt, respectful, and well trained. The hostess is always right there, ready to greet you as you walk into a very calm, relaxing view of the golf course. They do have seasonal outdoor seating and a bar, and typically, it would be a great idea to call ahead to make reservations. If you want a 5* experience at cost in a small town after your round of golf with your friends. This is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant anytime, anywhere to anyone.

Dietary restrictions: The menu has a lot of gluten free options to choose from.

Parking: There is an upper and lower parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots are close to the entrance and in the front of the building.

Mother's day brunch. I ordered the stuffed French toast. Toppings were delicious but it was very thick, dry bread, barely dipped in egg, just not good. My granddaughter couldn't eat hers. Two at our table ordered egg crabby. Instead of crab meat on it, there was a crab patty. They had it before and really liked it, but not the patty. To be fair it said crab patty on the menu but they were just ordering it because they remembered it being good.

My family and I ate at this restaurant for a celebration brunch on Sunday. We were there more than an hour before our orders were taken and it was more than 45 minutes before those orders were brought to the table. When the food arrived, all of it was cold. The food I ate seemed fine until I got home and became very sick. It's now the second day and I still haven't been able to eat anything else since I left the restaurant, and I'm still horribly sick. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep last night.I called the restaurant back and told them, and all they said they'd do about it was check the food. It is unequivocally the worst $46 I've ever spent in any dining establishment, and I'm a frequent global traveler. As for the service, not only was the food slow to order and slow to arrive, the server, while nice, was as inattentive as could be. There were things that should've been brought with the food that weren't, she didn't come back to check on drinks until we hunted her down - something we had to do several times, she got the separate checks really wrong, and when she offered to give a discount to one person in our party for the problems they were having, the discount was not included in the check. The view is nice, but as far as food and a good dining experience, avoid this place like the plague... and I mean that in the literal sense.

I SO BADLY wanted my experience at Eve's to be great! And I'd say it was very half and half. We went to Eve's for a special occasion, specifically to have a "nicer than usual" meal. So we had a decent sized party of about 9 people. We were put behind a wall, which was nice for the privacy... buuuut I think since we were out of sight, we were out of mind for our waitress ? it took FOREVER to get our orders, our drinks, our food, and the tickets. We were there from 11am-2pm she was a nice girl! But that's a long time and we had other things we needed to do that day. Anyways I got the eggs Benny, which the hallandaise sauce was AMAZING! But my food was cold and my eggs were overcooked so no yolk for me (or my sister lol). And it had taken so long to get my food that I couldn't send it back or get a new plate because we had already spent so much time there. My brother in law and I had ordered coffee and it was SUCH a let down, the cups are much smaller than a normal sized coffee you would get at a restaurant (actually ALL the drinks were much smaller but I digress) the coffee was so bold and bitter, no options on flavored creams, so we had to load up on sugar and heavy whipping cream just to drink it for the caffeine. And these little cups of coffee were like $4 so I was expecting more but oh well lesson learned. On that note of tiny cups, I got my son a Shirley Temple that was itty-bitty and packed with ice for $5 and the mimosas and bloody Mary "pitchers" are NOT what you expect for a standard sized pitcher. And then getting the receipts correct was a nightmare and a half.**no we did not receive a discount for cold and overcooked food**So all in all... the food IS good, but cold and over cooked. The drinks are very small amounts and way over priced compared to menu food items. The staff was kind of inattentive but nice when they came around. The atmosphere was nice but the wall made our waitress forget us. The time spent there was absolutely ridiculous even for a big party size.Would I go back to Eve's? Mmmm idk probably not for brunch though.Oh and my son has autism so he's super picky eater not a lot of options for him like chicken tenders

Kid-friendliness: Not really. They had a couple of booster seats but for food, not a lot of kid friendly items.

Eve's is a great spot for a "fancier" dinner or a fun brunch. My husband and I like to go here for special occasions. My only real complaint is the wait time. I understand every dish is cooked to order, that takes time and it's part of what makes it so great, but there have been a few occasions where we have waited 2-3 hours to be served our entrees. Maybe have a little snack to hold you over before going for dinner. I highly recommend the ribeye! I get it every time.
