ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! An unexpected MIRACULOUS, surprise on our stop over while traveling from Michigan to SLC. I am an uber food snob! Raised in Northern California, by a family of foodies who turn our noses up at most fine dining establishments. Eve's BLEW OUR MIND! We could not believe how remarkably delicious and CREATIVE the food was. We had the carrots appetizer, the branzino & the beets salad. WHAT A TASTE EXPLOSION!!! We also had three glasses of wine. All of this for under $100!! If this restaurant was located in Dallas, SF, LA or NY the meal would have been $200 for sure. We asked to speak with the chef, and Eve came to our table and wrote her carrot recipe down for us! UNBELIEVABLE!! We loved the staff, the super-uber relaxed vibe, and the food. A home run! I wish Eve's was located in my city!

My first visit to eves! My Cousin is a regular here and told me they do the best pizza in rock springs! We spent a few hours here tonight 10/09/2025 and I loved it! The vibe was so relaxed and laidback, Our server could not do enough for us, thank you to all of the staff at eves! Chefs kiss for the pizza! The Maui Waui š was amazing! if you live locally or passing through Rock Springs please visit this place.

All around incredible dining experience. Thoughtfully crafted menu that changes seasonally, and uses locally sourced ingredients. The food was delicious and the service even better. Couldnāt not have asked for a more enjoyable dining experience.

Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted with a friendly smile, we were hoping that okay at least maybe our food would make up for it. We ordered rib eye steak and wasnāt happy, I ordered medium rare but our steak was dry. Our waitress was very nice, so even though our food wasnāt up to par, we left her a good tip. Definitely one of the best restaurants in town. Very thoughtful menu and great execution on flavor, presentation, etc. The waitstaff is very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and this restaurant, as a whole, is a gem for Rock Springs. Definitely recommend if traveling on I80 or in town visiting.

have ben going to eves for many years . they have an expectancy of the superior service and food by rock springs standards. unfortunately this was not the case Friday the 18th. the first thing i noticed was at 70 pm Friday night there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. not the usual for sure next i was correct only about 3 tables. teh complimentary bred and oil/vinegar was so crusted you could hardly break it with your hand and certainly not chew it. the waitress forgot our appetizer until i mentioned it as the meal arrived. then when they checked it hadn't even been started , i said yes please bring it . the steak , a 18 oz ribeye my wife and i usually split it . which they put on 2 plates is nice but comes with a battered onion ring on top which they piled excessively high and to much bit that's ok the next ussie was we ask for extra butter for the potatoes we had to ask twice about 10 min later. then the potatoes were cold under the steak( that's how they are served) then the appetizer arrived a shrimp, crab cake that was crusted hard on the outside and watery and runny on the inside..
i don't normally leave reviews as this is 90 % of the restaurant's in rock springs . but this was exceptionally bad for an upscale dinner establishment. they know better. and the empty parking lot is an indication that this may been going down this road for awhile k ow.
Great portion sizes for the price, food was perfectly seasoned, service was fast and efficient, better than any place in town for speed on getting your food. I would absolutely eat here again.

The rib eyes were terrible!! One was nothing but fat and the other was so tough I'm sure it was rubber! Big disappointment. Don't believe the hype, the food is terrible.
