Santa Fe Southwest Grill Reviews
We are beyond grateful to Chris, Tom, Beto, and the entire team at Santa Fe Southwest Grill for the incredible job they did catering our June 2025 Tiffin Rally in Rock Springs, WY.
Serving two breakfasts and two dinners for 1,000 people at each meal is no easy feat—but this team made it look effortless. The food was outstanding, the service was smooth and organized, and the hospitality was top-notch from start to finish.

fantastic food. ordered the steak with whiskey sauce and salad. the waitress was excellent...will definitely return
We ordered veggie fajitas and shrimp tacos, both without cheese. Both came to us with cheese. The shrimp was under cooked and slimy. No apology for the mistakes. Salsa was clearly Mateo’s from the jar and chips were stale. Will not go there again.

Santa Fe Southwest Grill serves delicious food, featuring the carbe asada plate and chicken fajita salad, all made fresh and hot. The restaurant is known for its outstanding service, with friendly and knowledgeable waitresses. Recently, the team catered an event for 1,000 people, impressing guests with their smooth service and top-notch hospitality. Customers recommend trying something with the amazing whiskey sauce and enjoying a huge margarita. The cozy atmosphere is inviting, though tables can be close together. The restaurant is large, spacious, and clean, making it wheelchair accessible and highly recommended, located near Flying J truck parking. The menu has some flare, with excellent options like the border burger, which features pulled pork and a hamburger patty, as well as the Chimichanga and Black Bean Chicken burrito. While the refried beans were bland, the food overall was very good. The service is well-paced and friendly, with servers who pay attention to detail. With a focus on both flavor and heart, Santa Fe Southwest Grill continues to be a favorite among diners, especially for those passing through Rock Springs, Wyoming.
