ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! An unexpected MIRACULOUS, surprise on our stop over while traveling from Michigan to SLC. I am an uber food snob! Raised in Northern California, by a family of foodies who turn our noses up at most fine dining establishments. Eve's BLEW OUR MIND! My first visit to eves! My Cousin is a regular here and told me they do the best pizza in rock springs! We spent a few hours here tonight 10/09/2025 and I loved it! The vibe was so relaxed and laidback, Our server could not do enough for us, thank you to all of the staff at eves! Chefs kiss for the pizza! The Maui Waui 🍕 was amazing! if you live locally or passing through Rock Springs please visit this place.

All around incredible dining experience. Thoughtfully crafted menu that changes seasonally, and uses locally sourced ingredients. The food was delicious and the service even better. Couldn’t not have asked for a more enjoyable dining experience.
