Absolutely ignored at the counter, but when I'm halfway through ordering at the kiosk another person walks in and gets greeted and met at counter. Attitude when I mentioned my mcflurry, and am told that IS a mcflurry. I said sorry, never seen one in a takeout box, I'm used to a cup with a lid. Get back to the semi, and realize another issue. I ordered a 6 piece. This isn't a 6 piece. I also know it isn't worth walking back across and dealing with more attitude for 2 nuggets

As far as McDonald's restaurants go, this one met expectations. I was able to order at the kiosk and the food was quick. Nothing negative to comment on. Had no issues.

Way disappointed. Usually we come here and the staff are helpful, but not today! We ordered 2 Cheeseburger happy meals and a plain Cheeseburger through the app and requested the Pokémon toys. The staff messed up the order, putting the plain Cheeseburger in the happy meal box. And they forgot that there were 3 cheeseburgers total. We had to then explain our order to the staff to get the other part of our order. On top of that, when we opened our happy meals, the pokemon toys weren't there! So we went back in to try and see if they would fix it and give us what we asked for and were told "sorry, we don't do that anymore." Why would you leave the Pokémon display up IN THE STORE, and on the app if you no longer offer those toys?!

Out of the 3 McDonald’s in Sweetwater county this one is by far the best! Employees are phenomenal! Food is always hot & fresh! Big Mac’s come with both hamburger patties, when you order sauces you actually get them!! My only suggestion would be to crisp up the fries a bit more or don’t put so many in one basket McDonald’s fries should never be limp 😉 other than that keep up the great work Elk Street McDonald’s!!! Management & parents should be proud! Those kiddos have great work ethic & take pride in their jobs!!

Overall McDonald’s is.. McDonald’s. This morning we did not have a great experience with my fiancé in the drive-thru. The first window is the payment window, gave exact change and sat for about 2 minutes waiting for our receipt only to be told they didn’t have receipt paper. Ok, no problem. Drive up to the next window. Obviously the food window. ‘Did you have a Coke?’ She asked. ‘Yes’ and hands us a bag of food and drink. Checked the food and it’s not the correct meal. I walk inside and let the girls know that we got the wrong meal. Immediately one girl said ‘we were just going to walk it out to you.’ I replied ‘we were just at the window, you handed me the wrong food. I also opened and touched the food.’ (As she takes the bag from me and gives me mine) how was she going to walk it out to me when I was AT THE WINDOW and drive away? The girls turned their mistake on us, that we took the wrong food.
Never said sorry. But they did say have a nice day.
