Freshest McD's I've had in ages. Couldn't stuff my face fast enough. Vinny was awesome and a great worker. Too bad I live in Colorado, where the food just don't hit the same.
We had to send food back, the soda machines had issues, they had a backlog at least 8 groups deep, mid afternoon 2x (including my 15 minute wait for food), the music was ripping out 90's Grunge music, I mean.... I could keep going, but... I know this place can do better and will, it needs a manager tune-up.
Out of the 3 McDonald’s in Sweetwater county this one is by far the best! Employees are phenomenal! Food is always hot & fresh! Big Mac’s come with both hamburger patties, when you order sauces you actually get them!! My only suggestion would be to crisp up the fries a bit more or don’t put so many in one basket McDonald’s fries should never be limp 😉 other than that keep up the great work Elk Street McDonald’s!!!
