We enjoyed our stay at a clean, comfortable hotel. The cleanliness of the facility was apparent the moment we walked in. Our room was great, and breakfast was very well-done. Please note that this hotel has a unique layout. The rooms surround a large, empty banquet room. The banquet area had an odor of chlorine that probably came from the nearby pool. Fortunately, the guest room was free of the odor. Overall, a terrific hotel, and we'll stay again.
LOVED this hotel! We were passing through on a road-trip and stayed for one night but we loved the character of the hotel, and the welcome we got from the staff was so warm! They were so helpful and lovely! The room was very clean, could be accessed from outside which was really useful for packing the car which we parked right outside and it was also really peaceful! There is a lovely pool which we didn’t have time to use but would have liked to! The decorations were very in-keeping with the area and made you feel immersed in the local culture! Love love loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
This is an older facility, but well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We were warmly greeted as BW members and provided with water bottles and snacks. I don’t remember the name of the woman at the front desk, but she was excellent at making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was good and the price was fair.
Erica at the front desk was cheerful, friendly and helpful. She made our experience special by sharing the history of the hotel, which was fascinating. It has been beatifully maintained. Rooms were cormfortable and the breakfast was tasty and filling. The hotel itself took me back in time to the 60's and 70's road- tripping with my family. And this time my son was with me, making for another great memory.
If you are looking for a good nights sleep, great service and a warm breakfast this is the place for you. Is it dated, yes, but it is suppose to be. From beamed ceilings to rustic decor you feel like you stepped back in time. With that said the customer service, hospitality, and the cleanliness of the of the rooms and public areas are surpass many "up to date hotels" Breakfast is standard continental style served with a smile. You will be glad you stopped.
Hotel was ok. Needs some updates. Doors stuck in the room and it smelled musty. Be prepared to buy a fan. Food was the same everyday. Free water and coffee were provided. Don’t stay on the ground floor
Great customer service! There was a mixup with a 3rd party booking site and Betty, the manager went above and beyond! She followed up, called the 3rd party booking company, followed up again until the issue was resolved. Best Western has a great employee! Thank you again!
We booked this as we were on a road traveling, upon arrival manager checked us in and said this hotel is built in 60 so don’t expect much we are non smoking hotels, however you might find your room smells like smoke! Not only we found our room smell horrible there was no windows to open , to get fresh air, all windows facing indoor pool in the middle of this ghetto hotel. The sheets looked like they came out of dryer wrinkled and so worn out. This hotel hasn’t had a remodel in a long long looooooong time. The pix you see it’s all up front and even that falling a part. Absolutely terrible! Never again Never Best Western or as they call it outlaw inn ?
Clean room, Great breakfast, Great internet, friendly & helpful front desk staff. Not overpriced. Everything to make overnight stay enjoyable. I had an altercation with homeless man at WalMart (several miles away from hotel property). Don't know if this is anomaly or if town has crime problem. Be alert.
We stayed here on our 2nd night from our Houston, TX to Jackson, WY trip. Hotel is set up different than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were quiet and clean. Bathroom could use a little updating, as the one at the Clayton, NM Best Western was better, as was the one in West Yellowstone, MT. They do have free breakfast but I did not partake. My partner said the breakfast in Clayton was better. I didn't go to the front desk for check-in or out so I don't know how the service was. We walked down to a restaurant called Thai Chef 9 that was good Thai food for dinner.

Good food and friendly staff
I am here for two days and have eaten at the open range twice. My server, Sierra, was excellent and the food is very very goodThen it happened!!!I ordered the the house specialty desert. "Grilled Carrot Cake a'la Mode".I can't remember having a more delicious, sublime desert ever. Yes, it was that good! Go, just for this desert! Words can't do it justice. You could center an evening on the experience.
