Amazing service and some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had
Enjoyed some delicious authentic Mexican food while on our way through Wyoming. The tacos are excellent, quesabirrias were delicious and the horchata was so yummy! Their staff is super sweet and friendly. Definitely check them out!

Taqueria Ariela´s Ara offers authentic Mexican food that many find excellent. The tacos, quesabirrias, and carne asada are described as some of the best tacos ever. Breakfast burritos with bacon and yummy cheese are a highlight. Homemade tortillas, birria, enchiladas, beans, and rice are on point. The hot sauces—red and green—are excellent. Horchata and green chile are also praised. Staff are friendly and sweet, and the atmosphere is nice and clean. Service is great, and food is made from scratch. Diners recommend smothering anything with green chile and visiting when passing through Rock Springs. The restaurant is considered the best Mexican food in Sweetwater County.
