I really enjoy playing here, and find my visits to Wyoming Downs typically very relaxing and very peaceful. I want to say that Amber, Jeremiah and Autumn are truly exceptional when it comes to customer service. They greet me when they see me come in the door and bring me my usual (Diet Coke) as soon as they see me sit down. They make me feel as though I'm part of a big family being welcomed into their home, I only wish the other employees that worked there had half as much initiative...read full review
Whenever I go to play some games here it seems Jeremiah is always there and has a great attitude. He greets me by name and is very on Point with customer service. I never have to ask for a drink and he is very consistent with making rounds and checking on customer satisfaction! High 5 Jeramiah!! You are the man!!

I went in to play my ten free play and ladies your every friendly. I like that they offer you a drink without asking. The big plus is I won 235.00 with my free play. I recommend Wyoming Downs highly because of it great customer service and it is always very clean.
