I am Hispanic and I am a regular user I have identification from my country, the place is nice, smoke-free, very good, BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, one of the machines paid me $656. I was losing $340 and when it was time to claim my prize the lady demanded a social security from me which is understandable, since I don't have it I went to a friend to collect my prize, he did not have the physical document with me at that time but he did I knew his number, it turns out that he did not want to pay me without the physical document, IT IS NECESSARY TO CLARIFY THAT MY FRIEND ALREADY COLLECTED PRIZES OF $1000 ON TWO OCCASIONS AND THEY HAVE BEEN PAID WITHOUT REQUIRING THE PHYSICAL DOCUMENT. I went with another friend with his documents in order to collect my prize and the very upset lady treated us badly and threatened to pay me only $400 or nothing, and that I had to give her $200 because she was in trouble at work for paying me my prize. FINALLY HE GAVE ME ONLY $456 AND KEEPED THE $200 THAT HE DEMANDED FROM ME, I DON'T WANT TO JUDGE ANYONE BADLY BUT I CONSIDER THAT I STOLEN THOSE $200 BECAUSE THE RECEIPT WAS FOR THE FULL AMOUNT BUT HE ONLY GIVE ME $456. I thought she had a lucky day and it turns out that maybe she brazenly robbed me of whatever I earn. Hopefully it was only me who was harmed and there are no more people whose prizes are stolen.

I went in to play my ten free play and ladies your every friendly. I like that they offer you a drink without asking. The big plus is I won 235.00 with my free play. I recommend Wyoming Downs highly because of it great customer service and it is always very clean.
It's OK never win much 2 employees have bad Attitude They only want to serve drinks to certain people. And they ignored the rest.
