We stopped for dinner and a drink on a Monday evening. We sat down. One person threw a cocktail menu on our table, and that was the last that we saw of any service people. We waited 15 minutes and finally, we decided to leave. They were not busy. I complained on the way out and the service people didn’t even apologize. A person at the front desk did say they were sorry. We have lived in the Valley for many years and were appalled by the service. We will never go back.

Let me begin by saying that I am a picky Customer. I often find the beds are not firm enough or too worn out. I also would like to add that I find it more often than not that the hotel service has declined wherever I travel through USA. So I definitely want to make a review to mention that this resort Went above my expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable, the lady that helped us at the front desk was super helpful with our specific requests. And the place itself it’s beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised that the food at the brewery right outside the resort it’s delicious so good job, and will be back.
Room to improve : blinds - they need to be updated.

Tried this place again, three years later after a poor experience. To the owner, fire your bartenders and find someone who can actually greet people with a smile, be courteous and know how to make a drink. We were going to eat here, but decided after getting a reception from your bartenders, like we were bothering them didn't. Plenty of other places in Saratoga to go and actually get treated like you want my business. Never again!

We got engaged here and it’s been our home away from home ever since. From the front desk to the spa, everyone is so welcoming and just wonderful!

We were there to celebrate our 49th anniversary. The room was so dirty. Carpets filthy, bedding stinks, clean sheets and pillowcases but the rest was not clean. Bathtub full of two different kinds of hair, the faucet in the tub would not shut off, somebody opened our bottles of water and replaced it with tap water, swimming pool full of pollen and who knows what else, all jacuzzis super slimy. Worst experience I've had anywhere, ever! I will never ever go back to Saratoga again.

This place is nice. The staff genuine and helpful. Room was nice but small. BUT the bed was so uncomfortable, woke up with back pain due to the mattress. we would have been better off sleeping on the floor. If you've ever slept on a waterbed you know what I'm talking about. I would visit again but not stay the night.

Th8s is a good place to relax.

Rustic and charming rooms, they give you a warm choco chip cookies upon check in. Staff is friendly and the Snowy Mountain Brewery pub staff is even friendlier. It seems that they minimize their menu to only essentials, which they do expertly. The crab bisque bread bowl was presented beautifully and the wedge salad with streak was wonderful. Really great martinis not much of a beer drinker so did not try them. Now to the pools... the teepees allow privacy but medium and big pools are at great temps to stay in long. You will be relaxed! Also the breakfast buffet and cook to order breakfast is included!! One if our favorite hot spring around.

Second time staying here. Really nice hot springs and secluded. They have a decent restaurant and a good breakfast. Would recommend staying

This little spot was a great find! We loved it! Very affordable. It’s definitely RUSTIC but very clean and well kept. I loved the old west theme. You can tell it’s a very old place with a lot of history but very well maintained. The hot springs were right outside our room. We loved the option of the hot springs in the TeePee, it was very private and quiet. The employees were SO KIND. There is a little restaurant/brewery attached to it with amazing food and amazing beverages. The breakfast was included with phenomenal food as well. We had never been to Saratoga and it’s the cutest little town! Will definitely come back to stay and try the snowmobiles across the street!

Loved the hot pools! Room was cozy and comfortable. Great beer and food at the restaurant. Friendly and relaxing place.

Valerie at the front desk might be the kindest human around. She is the perfect ambassador of the resort. She is informative, kind, friendly, and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. Quaint, wooded, clean grounds, clean open spaces indoors and outdoors.

The rooms are nice. Bathroom is remodeled. The room could use an update. Time for new TV, bed, carpet, and furniture.

All in all a great getaway!

Food and drinks: The bar and restaurant are handy. Nice staff.

Noteworthy details: Valerie at the front desk! Make her the manager if not already. Give her a raise and celebrate her! The world needs more Cowboys and Valeries.

Truly DIRELY expensive for what you get. $4/candy bar is criminal, especially when our room for only 2 nights exceeded $700 and nothing is included. We had the 2nd largest suite on the property, yet there was a massve empty space in the room where there could have easily been a microwave and mini-fridge. After spending approximately $200 on our 1st two meals out here, it was clear this has become a tourist spot charging extravagant prices for a bare minimum experience.
Their attached brewery was decent, but a far cry from an elevated experience that warrants the pricing.
Staff were very nice, but having to pay so much for a room that did not allow us to save our expensive leftovers was a pain. This area is simply not worth the pricing. The springs were not as hot as I was excited for them to be, unfortunately. The outer pool and larger tub were like warm baths.
The windows had individual blinds over each one, so my spouse and I had to close 4 blinds each, a whole process after travelling out here and areiving at night.
Thankfully, the property is very quiet. Probably the only redeemable aspect as the walls are so paper-thin you can clearly hear conversations other folks are having together in their shower as you walk by. Disconcerting at the least.
The breakfats buffet also is NOT included, $15/person however was one of the very rare moments we felt was fair. That was a fantastic breakfast and easily the best part of our entire stay! NEEDS to be included with these lackluster rooms.

Rooms: Bland, comfortable enough but severely lacking in all amenities. Criminal pricing on their little tray of extras.

Walkability: Very walkable! Carry a jacket as the weather takes some quick turns.

Food and drinks: Very expensive, not worth the pricing considering theprices of rooms with absolutely no amenities.

Absolutely fabulous! We had a poolside room and the convenience of the hot pool and teepees was fantastic! The decor of the rooms and the lodge was rustic and beautiful and inviting! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant on site was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We will be back. We stopped on our way home from a long road trip and this was absolutely perfect!!

Rooms: Very western decor. Cowboys and knotty pine. Right up our alley! Shower was great. Wish they had refrigerators in the rooms but they had plenty of ice so wasn’t a big deal as long as you had a cooler. Although they say no coolers, everyone had one. It’s a must to have a cold beverage in your room after the hot pool.

Nearby activities: Loved the small town and walked the Main Street for souvenirs. Only a few blocks so very easy as we are elderly. Found a wonderful restaurant called Malts which was fabulous.

Safety: Never worried about it. Felt totally safe.

Walkability: You can walk around the resort and really get everything you need. We did drive to Malts and to downtown and then walked the few blocks of shops. They provide games and have chess set up in the lodge as well as computers. Wonderful place!

Food and drinks: Wonderful restaurant. Good food! Their appetizers are large to feed a family of 4. Seriously.

Stayed her for a work convention and absolutely loved it. The decor is just my style, old west motif celebrating Wyoming heritage.
