I was waiting in the arbys drive thru and there was a comment made over where they bag the food about me not wanting salt on my fries and they over cooked my fries since I didn't want salt and its bad when u can hear them all the way over at the drive threw windows outside

Absolutely terrible situation just happened while we were here at the Sheridan Arby’s. My wife and I are from Montana so we come to Sheridan usually once or twice a week to grab a bite to eat. Our favorite quick bite is Arby’s, today we had about a 30 dollar order and I asked for a large ice water. The cashier rudely explained to us that they did not give large ice waters. I asked why not and since it was such a problem could she please charge us for a large soda and just make it an ice water. She rudely declined and insisted that we go somewhere else if we wanted a large ice water. Whoever the general manager is at this location needs to deeply look into the actions displayed by this worker, a heavy set female with dark hair. We were so disgusted by the way she treated us we left without receiving our order. Left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not be returning. If the cashier ever reads this review, please do better. As a business owner, that is not how you treat customers. 1/21/25

Today we stop through and used the app to place an order. We got there several minutes early than the expected time for our food to be done so we went through the drive thru. We have NEVER had a problem using the app and going through the drive through. However when we got to the speaker we were told our order wasn’t done and I come inside to pick it up. When we tried to question why especially since the food isn’t done that it couldn’t be handed through us to the window another person got on the mic and rudely told us to come get it inside it will be done soon. We parked and went inside it was already cooled down and sitting on the self for pickup so clearly we were just lied to. Very disappointed, I suggest the app put in an option for drive thru pick up like many others have to avoid this, but there is no need for dishonesty or rudeness either.

Arby's is the best fast food place in Sheridan Wyoming, their food is always hot the service is fast, very friendly employees and their food is always delicious!

We were traveling through and struggling to find a place where our son could grab a bite to eat. He has Celiac disease and traveling is quite a challenge for finding food. We stopped in and were pleasantly greeted by a young man (I wish I could remember his name) this evening who helped us get what we needed. He was super kind to our weird request of ordering a sandwich with only the meat. We briefly explained what celiac is and he was so empathetic and very kind. Thank you for your kindness and understanding to our struggle this evening. My momma heart was struggling and just wanted to get my little guy fed. His food was perfect and we left feeling excited that when we pass through again, we will have a comfortable place to stop in for another meal. Thank you so so much for being a kind human.

We were driving cross country from FL to WA with some fun stops along the way. We happened to be near this Arby’s at dinner time and stopped by to pick up food to eat in the car. We were greeted by a super friendly lady who took our order quickly and read it back to us accurately. Pulled to the window and paid the same lady. She then handed out or drinks and food very quickly.
I ordered a turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich with curly fries and a coke. I had never had this sandwich before and I was shocked at the quality of it! Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, sliced onions, with hearty portions of thick sliced bacon and plentiful sliced turkey. There was a mayo based sauce that added nice flavor to the sandwich. My daughter had the roast beef gyro and gobbled it down before I could get a picture! Fresh toppings and plentiful amounts of meet were spilling out of the warmed pita bread. I am shocked by the negative review of this Arby’s, our experience here was very, very pleasant.
Their chicken nuggets were not fresh tasting they were very hard to chew.

Ordered online around 2:30 to be picked up at 6 arrived at the store food was not ready Ordered a burger and fries with a root beer waited over 10 minutes for my food which leaves me 20 minutes to eat as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. Burger was cold and over cooked fries where over cooked. The whole reason to order on line is to have enough time to eat. The only good thing was the root beer probably won't order this again

My wife had the new brownsuger blt... she said it was gross the bacon was cold and slimy. I spoke with the staff about it, was informed it was ment to be like that. Won't order that one again.

I regret to say my recent visit to Arby’s in Sheridan, Wyoming, warrants only a one-star rating. The primary issue was the overwhelming odor emanating from the staff member who took my order. The smell was so intense that it completely robbed me of my appetite. I found myself unable to even consider eating my food until I had put some distance between myself and the restaurant. Such an experience is disappointing and off-putting, to say the least.
