😀Great food - Best Mexican food in town!
The best tacos I have had in a very long time. If you are in northern Wyoming this is the place to eat.

El Rodeo Mexican Food serves delicious Mexican cuisine, with standout beans and tasty tacos, including spicy carnitas and carne asada options. The carne street tacos are a favorite, and the burritos are huge and amazing. The food truck offers a variety of dishes, such as enchiladas Verde, which customers praise for being one of their favorites and surprisingly good despite the spicy level of the salsa. They also serve Mexican hot chocolate as a drink special, which many customers enjoy. The street tacos are considered healthier, tastier, and better for you than traditional Tex-Mex. The enchiladas, beans, and rice are highly recommended, with options like chicken or spicy pork. Despite being a food bus, the service remains friendly, and the hot sauce adds a unique touch, delivering a flavor that makes the spice level enjoyable. The overall experience is highly appreciated for its great taste and vibrant flavors.
