We stayed in Sheridan for 1 night on a driving holiday of the USA and decided on Chinese Takeout. Golden China appeared to be the only Chinese open on the day we were here, so thought we'd give it a try. We ordered Chicken Noodle Soup to share and 2 mains with rice- Chicken with Cashews and Chicken Curry. The servings were all a good size. The soup tasted OK but nothing special. Visited as a solo diner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The menu was extensive and well rounded. I had the Sizzling San Shein, and as promised, it came out sizzling. The portion was very generous with lots of chicken, beef and shrimp, accompanied by a good selection of veggies in a great tasting sauce. Also ordered a glass of plum wine and was rewarded with a super generous pour. All in all a highly recommended dining experience.

Get the House fried rice! Definitely the BEST Chinese fried rice ever! Trust me, I’ve been eating and cooking Asian food for all of my life. The fried rice is not greasy, has good amount of protein and beansprout(!), with a hint of spice, and also the char from the wok - which is hard to get when cooking at home.My family would eat it everyday if we lived here!
