I agree with the other reviewer best food truck I've ever been to no question about it! I love big portions and quality food and you get both here!!! TRY THEM ASAP!!

* I live in WASHINGTON state but was in Sheridan earlier this year and got the pleasure of ordering the loaded nachos. Absolutely amazing :-) .... thought about them many times at home. Now I'm back (9-18-25) for another job and SO happy I just saw them back in the Sheridan Albertson's parking lot!🐽🐽🐽

Food truck between Walmart and Albertsons in Sheridan pull off the freeway and go there I was on my way to Billings Wyoming and I pulled off in Sheridan to get some gas and decided to get some barbecue it is absolutely fabulous they have beef ribs pork ribs prime rib and all the sides you could ask for. I wanted the beef ribs but they had already sold out and others wouldn't be ready for another hour so I got what they call hog on a log and I paid $13 including tax that I got a whole pound of delicious barbecued pork pieces on a skewer absolutely to die for

Great value and quality. Coleslaw was delicious. Pulled pork sandwich was more than enough for two people and so tasty! But the best part was the friendly, authentic hospitality. Thank you for making this the best stop on our road trip. We visited the location next to The Fix coffee shop. Drop in and try it. It's worth the stop.

Recommended dishes: Pulled Pork Sandwich

We got kids meals and 2 loaded burritos. It was excellent food! Kids ate their pulled pork and said they would eat it any day. Our pulled pork burritos were wonderful. You will be eating with a fork but its worth it. The meat was tender and smoke flavor was beautiful. Melt in your mouth.

The food was fantastic and the portions are huge! If you want true BBQ this is the place! I like that they have kids meals too.

I got the burrito and damn was it good. Make sure you're prepared for a mess because well... it's barbecue. Will absolutely be stopping anytime I see this trailer!

I give the prime rib 3 out of 10. Customer servive 3 out of 10. I tried it to support local small busines. Honestly it just wasnt that good.

Ordered the loaded baked potato and nachos. We thought we ordered 2 meals and ended up with 4 or 5?! So much food! Great service and the meat is to die for. Overheard the owner talking about how they go across wyoming, and now we've followed them on social media to make sure we hit them up when we can! Best food truck we've ever been to.

You know when you take a chance on a food truck and it absolutely pays off? Yeah, these guys win. Holy cow, their loaded potatoes are amazing and they were so accommodating to my gluten allergy. Keep up the good work!!!

Just finished eating. The beef ribs are great and love the hawg on a log. Portions aren't skimpy so I have more for later. Thanks guys.

While the staff was very friendly, the food was absolutely terrible. We were excited to see a bbq food truck in our area, unfortunately it was a very poor experience. We couldn’t get through more than one bit of the pulled pork sandwich’s. Hopefully it was a one off for them…
