“Been to Sheridan several times and was looking for something different. Came across olive on Google read some reviews and went for it. So glad we did. Food was flavorful, not overseasoned or drowning in sauce. I could actually taste the pasta and chicken. Our appetizer was their bone morrow. Wow, again not over seasoned. Think of it like food in the raw. Can't wait to tell everyone I know to come here. Worth the drive no matter where your coming from.“
