Do not go here! Sat in line 20 min on the inside lane while the outside lane had 4 cars order and pull forward. While I was sitting I heard car 5 placing their order and yelled out the window. HELLO!!! someone finally said can I take your order.OMG!! 30 MIN later had my food. BTW placed and paid for on the App!

Ordered curbside pick up only to wait 45 minutes to go in to get my order went in to talk to them and they said that they had longer wait times than that they had major additude when I was asking them for my food

Pam and Chris are amazing managers here, some of the staff are incredible. They interact with the customers and staff in such a beautiful way. I will only be going here from now on. Not to coffeen anymore. Coffeen is horrible. Sorry to say. But main street mcdonalds is the supreme one, the crew and atmosphere is always nice and calm. They are clean too!

Dear corporate, McDonald’s decision to lay off employees and replace them with self-order screens is seen as a joke by many. While it may boost profits, it takes away jobs and the human interaction that made fast food more enjoyable. Waiting times are higher than ever, and customers now handle tasks once done by staff, cheapening the experience further. I don't blame the crew for following corporate orders. They are just the following orders. They are being worked too hard!!
For how much it costs make a better burger and heck maybe bring back dollar menu just saying it's mc Donald's not red Robin.

When your staff doesn't care about their job it shows in the quality of service. The child taking our order stopped taking it and said pay at the window even though we did not finish ordering items. The child at the first window just stared at us for a long period of time. We asked if we pay here and no response. After asking multiple times we pulled forward frustrated by her lack of ability to communicate. She then ran to the pick up window and complained we had yet to pay. If you blankly stare at customers and don't even attempt to open your window when we are asking you where to pay of course we are gonna leave you to whatever sadness you are lost in. The lady at the second window was the one who took our order and was mad we wanted more. The saving Grace was two darker ladies stepped in and started fixing it. They actually wanted to be there. The food we got was cold. Fries have a 7 minute life span and these had been sitting for a time. The nuggets were sad and flavorless. The burgers were smaller than the bison burger we can get down the street for 6 dollars with choice of side. The saving Grace was the Sunday that they didn't want us to order. Please get rid of the two white girls with brown hair that work there. They are part of the fall of mc Donald's. Like they are trying to cxl the place from the inside.
