Worst hospitality. I believe it’s the manager (the one that’s missing teeth) yelled at us because we asked for sauce. Then her boyfriend walked in and they started making out at the front… It was honestly disgusting and unprofessional.

My husband order doordash and I came from this store I called and explained that we didn't get our full order and then my husband was talking o the lady that answered and she hung up on him. No very professional that you hung up on a customer.

I had an issue with my order, but the Head Manager of this location handled it perfectly. So I have changed my rating to 5 Stars. -Dave.

Ordered food, only one other person waiting for food inside maybe 4 or 5 cars in drive thru. Waited 30 mins for food, while watching the drive thru get served. Bus of kids arrived and ordered. Went up asked if we were going to get our meal soon, was told the GM told them to serve bus first. Asked to speak to GM, the gentleman I spoke with came back and said his GM told us to just refund us.

I waited in the drive-thru 47 minutes to pick up a large Coke from the drive-thru. This is the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever seen. A total disaster.

Sat in drive thru 20 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of us. We watched 5 cars back out and we finally left without our food.

The lady at the window was clearly new so that is fine, we ordered three combos & everything was wrong. First we were missing half the items in our combos, fix it no problem, still missing an item, fixed it after ten minutes of waiting. Still missing an item decided it wasn’t worth the fuss anymore and continued on. Please just double check the orders before handing them out
